A/N:   P/n = pet name

I clock into work hoping she was there. Thank God, she was!

"Hey Kat", I say. "Hey (p/n)!", She screams."I told you to stop calling me that!", "Nah, I like (p/n) better, it also has a rin-" "You guys really shouldn't be slaking off", said Scott, my best friend from high school.

Scott was a jock in highschool and I was the typical nerd. He was playing sports while I was programming robots. We met at the school dance
and actually dated for a time. But we thought that it would be better if we stayed freinds.
Kat was a cheerleader in highschool
and we met during the science fair. The truth is she was actually pretty smart!
Kat and I scatter getting to our positions. I work at the counter while she works on drinks and coffee. Scott was in charge of pastries and other goodies.

After the first shift I was left all alone.
This was nice. It was currently 9:00 pm and I was just about to start the second shift.
I'm wearing this:

A/n: I looked for a male and a female uniform. As I said this story dosent apply to JUST girls.

I sit a a table waiting for my 9:30 alarm , the time when my break was over.
I watch YouTube videos to pass the time. At 9:20 I hear a bang at the window. A familiar face beams with happiness when I look up at him.
IT WAS MARK!
I didn't know what to do or what to say! I just freak out.
I pull my visor down to hide my eyes
And fix my hair (it's very messy) as I reach for the door.
"Hello!", Mark says as I open the door.
"H-hello", I stutter. Oh God, why do I have to act all shy when I meet someone!?
"I would like to order, uhhhhh ten - no - fifteen cups of coffee".
I wisper "o-ok?", as I walk behind the counter "Umm it'll p-probably take 40 m-minutes before it's done".

He says " That's fine I have all the time in the world.", in his sexy voice which makes me blush like a tomato.
Then I wake up.
