Back to a Regular Life

I'm completely dreading this day. I woke up to the sound of my annoying ass alarm clock. I decided to stay over at Kaitlynn's. Her mom isn't doing very good. Last night at like 2am, I had to stop her from drinking herself to death. And my mom is paying so much attention to her new boy toy, that she probably doesn't even notice that I've been gone for almost a month.

I grabbed some clothes from my bag and grabbed one of Kaitlynn's jackets. I went into the bathroom, got dressed, did my emo hair and makeup, and walked to the kitchen. I saw Mrs. R passed out on the couch. I frowned as I saw several empty beer bottles on the floor next to her. I ran back to the guest room, grabbed my stuff, and headed off to school. The only thing I hate about today is that I'm not walking through the school doors with her and I have to face everyone she ever knew. No one knows what happened to her other than me and her family.

I walked into the school and everyone looked at me. Just great.. I'm the outcast of high school. You have the populars, the jocks, the nerds and geeks, the teachers pets, the tomboys, the cheerleaders, mean girls, foreigners, gamers, hipsters, hippies, troublemakers, peacemakers, class clowns, arty intellectuals, gangsters, ghetto kids, stoners/slackers, girly girls, and then there's me. The only emo kid in this entire high school. Kaitlynn was the other one. Well, more like half emo half popular girly girl. But, she was an outcast like me.

Everyone watched as I walked down the hallway, towards my locker. When I got to my locker, everyone began to laugh. On my locker was papers that basically said, "kill yourself" and "Emo fag". People are fucken arseholes. I ripped the papers off my locker and through them in the trash. I grabbed my textbooks and walked to my first lesson of the day.

I sat by myself next to an empty desk. The desk where Kaitlynn used to sit.. "Okay class open your textbooks to page 493 and..." The teacher began to say as I cut her voice out. "God, I freaking hate Mrs. Hoffman.. She's such a pig. I have seen her eat 2 whole pizzas to herself and she still had room for dessert." The whole class looked at me and gasped. "Shit, I didn't mean to say that out loud.." I slowly looked up and Mrs. Hoffman was standing above me. I gulped. "Detention! After school!! 2 hrs!!!" She yelled. I wiped of her saliva that was on my cheek. Great.. Just when I thought my day couldn't get any worse. Now I have to deal with this pig after school. Just peachy.
