Green tried to ignore the fact that there was four other guys that looked way too much like him at his high school.

But it was difficult to ignore when you saw them in a daily basis and even engaged in conversation with each other.

And when they all kinda made you think you were gay.

Even though a lot of the time, the interactions weren't deep and meaningful conversations or adventures where they would remember stuff forever, more like really stupid stuff.

What did you expect, this was high school.

Despite how bothersome his acquaintances could be, he did enjoy their company and they were pretty close, even if they didn't want to admit it.

But one of the most bothersome things about them, was the fact that most of the time, they were just making him question his sexuality.

And this never went unnoticed by her.

"Green? Are you okay? You've been staring at his...staring at him for a long time," Zelda pointed out, delicately holding an apple in her hand as she stared at her friend.

She wore a pink sun dress that fell above her knees but was apparently too form fitting since all of the male teachers were staring at her in a way that creeped the hell out of her although she'd never admit it. Her blonde hair was braided and tossed over her shoulder, blue eyes full of concern.

Green snapped out of it quickly at her voice. "Yeah, I'm fine, just spaced out."

"I'd believe that...if this wasn't the eighth time today I caught you staring...at the same person...in the same place."

Green tried to hide his flushed face. "It's a coincidence."

"You sure? Because this is the eleventh day this month where you can't seem to tear your eyes away from him. It IS okay to admit you're into guys."

"No, Zelda, I'm into girls," he said.

"You can be into both! That's okay!" Zelda exclaimed. "Did I ever tell you the time I kissed someone who wasn't a guy?"

"No..."

"Yeah, they were non-binary or something. Their name was Ever. They told me they were transgender—which is true, I just assumed they were transitioning from female to male, not female to neither gender, so it was my fault—and as started hanging out, and one time at the park we were talking and they did something I really appreciated so I kissed them on the cheek. And I was actually into them! And then they were murdered by Tom. It's like half the male population is named Tom. Stupid Tom."

"That was the weirdest story you've told me yet, Zelda," Green said. "But it doesn't change anything."

"Good because he's staring directly at you and he seems really into you."

"Yeah right."

"Hey."

Green nearly jumped out of his skin when he approached him.

He had calm eyes oh so similar to his own but much more attractive and golden hair the color of honey. His skin was a bit paler than Green's and he projected an image of confidence and intelligence.

"Hey, Vio," Green greeted, trying to be cool.

"I just wanted to know if you're alright? You, uh, keep staring at my crotch."

Green somehow didn't blush. "I'm spacing out, I've been doing it a lot. Sorry if I creeped you out."

Zelda breathed, "you guys look SO similar."
