Fandom Choosing Ceremony

All the factions gathered together for one yearly gathering, the choosing ceremony. Each faction identified by colored clothes, dauntless in black, erudite in blue, amity in red and yellow, candor sporting black and white and abnegation in their grey robes.

Round bowls in the front of the hall held, smoldering black coals for dauntless, crystal clear water for erudite, amity's bowl held soft dark soil, candor's held shattered glass, lastly abnegation smooth round stones.

The first initiate, Augustus Waters, walked to the bowls and took the small paring knife in his hands. Running the blade over his palm and squeezing the blood on to the stones of abnegation, thinking about how he wanted to help the people in need and leave a mark in there lives forever.

Next, Hazel Lancaster, went to each factions representation. Pondering thoughtfully her decision at hand. As a spur of the moment choice made her choose to sink the knife into her hand over the glass of candor. Her decision of candor had come from her belief of telling the hard truth s in life.

Percy Jackson walked to the stand next, and he knew exactly were he belonged. The knife slid undoubtedly across his palm and simmered on the hot coals of dauntless. His fatal flaw kicking in, his loyalty to protect the ones he loves.

Walking to the stand was Annabeth Chase. so reassured she would choose right she spilled her blood into the water of erudite. her belief that wisdom triumphs over all and was the power behind her decisions.

Clary Fray, uncertainly poured her blood on to the soil of amity, believing this was the only faction that would let her show her artistic personality.

Jace Herondale bravely slid the knife over his palm. satisfaction crossing his face as he heard the sizzle of his blood on the coals. he felt like it was it duty to protect the people.

Standing in front of the abnegation bowl was Katniss Evergreen. she looked at her sister, Prim, and smiled she would do anything to stay with her. She spilled blood on the stones of Abnegation.

Peeta Mallark also chose abnegation because he wanted to help the community by providing food for the factionless.

Each initiate join their chosen faction as all the groups greeted the new comers.
