Currently, I would have been physically and metaphorically fleeing from my problems, physically by me having gone and floated through the entire upper part of the mansion and metaphorically by well, being avoidant of the people who I call "friends".
Also, I was trying to have hid in my room, which did not go very well since Matthew knew where my room was.
"Do you like...uhm, Amber?" He asked of me, as he had floated upwards and onto my dusty, broken bed.
"Ew, she's too manly and I like actual girls. Don't tell her I said that about her." I groaned, as I watched him.
"So,is it Teresa?" He smirked, his brow quirked upwards as well.
Sadly,I had blushed subconsciously,my efforts of covering it was to purposely furrow my brows as if I was confused or angered.
"Is it!?" Matthew eyes widened, as his eyes tugged upwards into a playful grin.
"Well, that makes two of you. That is, unless Mr.SmoothSilentStalker already got friend-zoned." Matthew chuckled, and snorted when he began to.
"Huh, so do you like Teresa?" My expression settled into a blank stare, only my raised eyebrow to express my curiosity.
And it was Matthew's silence that said it all.
I could almost taste the feeling of how this quietness from him was not just because he had no words. It unsettled me how there was that hint of venom in his silence.
"Nah, she's just not my type." Lies, I could hear it in his casual-not-so-casual tone that he had clearly lied to my face
"So, not into her aye? Why do you always go to her side hm?" I scoffed at the end, trying to have signalled my way of saying "I know you're lying bitch".
"Well, cause' she's mostly right all the time. Right?" He bent his back forward, his elbows resting onto where his legs would have been.
"Not counting that she's actually left handed." He laughed at his own joke, as he looked to the floorboards?
"How do you know?" Obviously, I was suspicious of the fact he might be a crazy stalker.
"Cause' she told me duh." He tilted his head towards me, as if I was being totally stupid to some sort of easy question.
"She's kind of like my older sister kind of." Smiled Matthew.
"You said kind of twice that sentence, dumbass." I groaned, my suspicions still quite high.
"Yeah so what? Are you just jealous cause' she's closer to me than you? Aww wittle Pauly mad!" He teased, and smirked in which infuriated me.
"Oh my god can you be anymore of a giant fucking dick you cunt!?" I shot back, and began to float away, maddened by him.
"Jesus fucking christ dude, stop being such a damn baby." Matthew probably rolled his eyes at me, even at the though of that made me more infuriated.
"Matthew just shut the fuck up," I tiredly groaned, as I floated into a circular motion.
"You're gonna get sick if you keep doing that." He pointed out, once he realised what I had been doing.
"Ghosts can't get sick Matthew," I groaned in annoyance.
"You don't know that genius." He lopsidedly smirked at me.
"Fuck off douchebag." I furrowed my brows at him once I stopped.
"Well at least I'm-" "Why are you so interested that I like Teresa huh?!" I lashed at him, overly done with his shit.
"Anyone would be," he reasoned. His answer only maddened me further, a noise of given up hope signalled I was just so done.
He stayed silent after, which made me question how we even came to this point.
"Where did you even come from?" Questioned Matthew,as his expression softened.
"I don't know!" I stated, my body opted to sit my ass down next to him.
"How helpful, so helpful," sarcastically sighed Matthew.
"Can you be anymore of a damn pest?" "Could you be anymore of a lovesick puppy?" We both aggressively shouted at each other, in which we both stood back up, offended.
"You know what? I'm leaving you alone then," he frustratedly growled, as his hands balled themselves into a fist.
Soon enough, he floated off and away from me, which left me to my own distasteful thoughts.
"He deserved to be shouted at," I thought to myself.
And there I was, still stuck in my rotting room, not a reasonable care in the world anymore.
That is, until I tried to soundly sleep and got a nightmare instead of a nice dream.

"Wakey wakey, eggs and Pauly!" Deafeningly shouted a voice directly into my poor ear.
"GAH! JACKS DON'T DO THAT!" I screamed into awakening.
"Teehee, don't need to be so loud!" Teased Jacks, as he patted my face.
"Oh, is he already awake?" Questioned that beautiful, soothing voice. Although the ringing in my ears made me unable to really make it out.
"Shut up Teresa! We don't need your shitty smothering and swooning," nagged Jacks, as he floated onto my stomach, and sat on top.
"G-get off!" I shoved him off, annoyed by the fact he had just suddenly done that.
"Nyeh nyeh nyeh, get off," repeated Jacks in a much more irritatingly shitty voice. He folded his arms, with his cheeks puffed out.
"Settle down, settle down." Cooed Teresa, as she floated towards the two of us.
"TERESA! HE'S BEING A JERK AGAIN!" Jacks whined in a childlike manner, with his finger raised and pointed at me.
"H-hey!" I shot back, with a backstabbed expression.
Teresa laughed, and rested her elbows on top of my tail with her chin in her hands.
"Oh my god, do you want me to get you two a room?" Giggled Jacks, as he stared at the both of us.
"J-Jacks!" I gasped, as I went for the fist to the face only to be stopped by a gentle hand that had grasped my wrist.
