I grabbed the remote and sat down on the couch watching the news...another attack on a child this time it was in a park this was the 2nd attack this week...no wonder nobody was leaving their houses especially at night everyone was in fear and I mean who wouldn't be? A Clown was roaming the streets and to make matters worse was his height and intelligence he was clever even though he seemed crazy nobody knew anything about him it's like he wasn't even a human that's why the police themselves are scared and some are even quitting their jobs it's that scary.."another attack?" I hear my mom from behind me say "I can't believe this" She mumbled sitting down i nodded "mum..." I looked at her as she smiled forcefully "yeah?" I took a deep breath "are we safe?" I said looking in her eyes she looked shocked to this question "of..course we are that clown will be caught trust me you don't have to worry" She stood up and grabbed the remote from my hand "go to your room or something stop watching the news" She switched off the TV and smiled "it will confuse you more it's for your own good" She walked off holding the remote..I went upstairs and went to the bathroom, looking at myself in the mirror I couldn't even recognise myself I looked skinner and paler I was trapped in my own house because of that damn clown..I went inside my room and locked the door closing my eyes everything felt so wrong I couldn't help but think "am I dreaming?" But no..I wish I was.
