My Secret Crush (A Hayes Grier Fanfic)

Chapter 1

  

                            "Megans POV"

It was 2:00 am and I was texting the one and only bestfriend, Hayes. We have been bestfriends since we were 2.

Our parents went too school together so that kinda makes us closer right? We are 14 now and we just started to hangout more because I moved back to North Carolina. I went from North Carolina to Ohio back to NC.

I mean it gets kind of depressing when you make friends/Bestfriends and then you have to leave them behind.

Well, Hayes just ask me if I wanted to "hangout".

H: "do you maybe wanna hangout tomorrow"?

M:"yeah, what do you want to do"?

H:"I don't know maybe penny boarding"?

M:"yeah, that sounds cool how about around 12:00"?

H:"Sounds good  I'm gonna go to bed now goodnight beautiful".

M:"Ok cya tomorrow Grier":).

                          "Hayes' POV"

Should I have not called her beautiful? I hope she didn't think it was weird or anything. Well I shouldn't worry, it's the truth I mean it is I should just go to bed and sleep on it.

                             [The Next Day]

                             "Megans POV"

I wake up and it's 7:34 am. I check my phone for any texts. 1 from Hayes and 2 from mom.

I decide to open hayes' first.

TEXT~

H: hey, good morning! I'm sorry if I wake you up so early. I know it's like 5 am but I couldn't fall back asleep. I just wanted to text you and say I'm sorry that we can't go penny boarding today cause of the rain but, you can come over. I already asked my mom ahead of time just incase of the rain. We can watch movies and stuff text me when you get up.

I thought it was cute how he signed it Grier cause I called him that but, snap out of or Megan and text him back. I told him I would be over at 10:00 am. He didn't reply so he knows.

So after I get done texting him I get up from my bed brush my teeth and take a shower. After that I head to my dresser and pick out a cute hot pink croptop and a pair of black high waisted stretchy short.

After I'm done changing I head over to my vanity and out on the usual make up. Mascara and eye liner (black). Then I dry my hair and  curl it.

                        "Hayes' POV"

I just got out of the shower. I then out a towel over me and brush my teeth. After that I go into my room dry my hair and pick out my outfit. I chose my Davidson day shirt and basketball shorts just to be casual.

After I'm done it's 9:55  so I text meg and see when she's coming. I hope things go good I mean I don't think she knows I like her yet and I want to keep it that way for awhile until I feel comfortable enough to tell her.

I got a text back from her and she will be here in 5 so I have to clean my room fast so there is room to sit down and stuff.

                      "Megans POV"

I arrive at hayes' house I'm a bit nervous we haven't hung out in awhile. I really like him and I don't want to mess it up I hope he likes me too!

*Hayes answers door*

  Hey! He says And invites me in.

Hey! I say I walk in and see Elizabeth making lunch. (Elizabeth is their mom if you didn't know) I walk by saying hey and giving her a hug. I missed her so much!! I'm happy I'm reunited with the Griers now it's just time to  see Nash and will.
