Dawn of the Vampires

The Beginning

~Alex's POV~
It all started 2 years ago. I was 18 at the time. I was at the park with my daughter and ex boyfriend (a.k.a Matthew Patner). My daughter had just turned 2. We wanted for her to get her out of the house a lot more. But I guess that day was just a huge mistake. We went out to a park up by my old high school. Matthew had just left to go to work. My daughter Catie went to the sand box with the rest of the kids. Then out of no we're I got a anonymous call. By the time the call was up I went to check on Catie. When I walked over to the sand box she was gone. I went running to every parent there to ask if they saw her. After that I heard a scream coming from the parking lot. As soon as I got there they were gone. I seen a trail of blood leading to the woods. When I got in the woods I felt as if there was million eyes watching me from every direction. I walk deeper into the woods. I hear a noise from behind me.
Alex: Hello... Is anyone there?
There was a long silence before I heard Catie yell for me.
Catie: Mommy!!!
I start running to her voice. Out of no were something or should I say someone tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around to see what it was and no one was there. So I kept running deeper until I seen her Catie was just standing there untouched but there were people next to her but they were not standing. They were laying dead next to her. Catie ran to me when I feel a sharp pain in my next and Catie scream. Next thing i know I'm in a car. But not the front of it were u would normally sit. I was in a trunk. I could hear Catie crying so I tried to get out. My neck hurt with every move. I felt something cold on my neck. I put my hand were it was cold. When I looked at my hand I seen something that looked like blood. I started to kick at the top of the trunk until we came to a stop. I could no longer hear Catie crying. The trunk then suddenly opened. I was brought to a large mansion of some sort but there was no people or other houses around just tree's. The next thing I know I'm on the ground.
