The blood glistened as it streaked across her face; in her golden hair. Razor teeth elongated dangerously as her eyes dilated all consumingly. Her senses heightened, she heard the bell toll it's civilian death sentence. All sense of time had drained away, the blood last becoming too potent to ignore. It had veiled her better judgement with a sense of longing unknown to most. Humans; they really were dense. She listened, and revelled in the echoes as the sounds of midnight reached her ears. "Tick. Tock. Chime. It's Dinner Time." She smirked. She ran - leaving behind a single silver glass heel on the staircase.
