Zane's pov

I looked out my bedroom window to see nicki standing on our drive way looking very nervous to come any closer. I wanted to see her so I went down stairs and to the door, Garroth was at Laurence's Vlyad was studying and our parents were at work so I could probably leave without anyone noticing so I grabbed my black and grey stripped hoodie as well as my mask put them on and went out the door to meet nicki. "Hey, nicki how are you?" I ask as I approach her "H-Hi Zane." Nicki said sniffling, that's when I noticed she was crying "N-Nicki what's wrong why are you crying." I ask while pulling her into a hug "Zane can w-we talk please." Nicki asks "Of course nicki! Do you want to stay here or find a place?" I ask her "can we c here?" She reply's "ok nicki follow me there's a spot in the back yard that I like to think." I say as I lead her to a spot with wooden bench with a plac that reads "Ro'Meave residence es 1968" that is underneath a giant oak tree with huge branches that shade over the bench with violets and tulips scattered around. We sit down and I turn to face nicki "what's wrong nicki." I ask "It's family problems." Nicki says "Are you being hurt is everyone okay?!" I say nicki shakes her head and says "No and yes. I'm not being hurt but Kacy is hurt, badly." "what happened." I ask "Well Kacy fell down the stairs giving himself a concussion and a fractured shoulder and a broken arm but worst of all, amnesia." She says while staring at the ground I reply "Oh oh... does he.." "yes he remembers our dad, who he is, what school he goes to and Katelyn but he forgot who was Zane he forgot me." Nicki says. "Oh nicki I'm so so sorry." I reply to her pulling her into another hug. We sat on the bench for a good 10 minutes before Nickis phone started ringing. "It's Katelyn." Nicki says as she stands up and walks around the Bench to give herself privacy, "uh huh, ok Kate.. I guess. Ok bye see you soon." Nicki mumbles as she finishes her call "what was that about?" I ask "Katelyn said Jeffory wanted to take me her and a friend to dinner tonight." Nicki reply's "oh okay." I say "Zane will you be my dinner buddy?" Nicki asks me "I would love to Nicki." I say. "Really?.. I mean great! I'll see you at six bye Zane, oh and dress up a bit." She says as she leaves the garden heading back to her house. "Well I guess I got a date tonight" I say to myself

****time skip to at 5 o clock****

Nickis pov

I am sitting in my room contemplating between two out fits to wear for dinner but it's hard when all you hear is flirting coming from your sisters room

"no your the cutest Katie~bear,"
"Aw Jeffy your the cutest!"

Like ew. "Nicki hun!" My dad calls "yes, dad?!" I say "are you ready yet." He asks "almost.. no." I say "well hurry up, YOU TOO KATELYN!" My dad shouts I go back to contemplating my outfits. I decide on a mid thigh black skirt with a dark purple long sleeve shirt with my locket and black converse. After I finish putting on my outfit I put on all natural makeup and up my hair into a loose ponytail and walked down stairs to see Jeffory in a black dress shirt and light blue Jeans with black shoes, and Katelyn wearing a light blue sundress and white converse and my dad wearing a white dress shirt and black pants. "Ok, nicki who did you invite?" Jeffory asks me "Zane, is that okay?" I ask "Oh for sure he's a good kid." Jeffory says back "let's go get him then, I'm starving." Katelyn reply's we all walk out to our car and drive to the Ro'Meve residence where I see Zane walking out the door with a black button up on with black pants and shoes with his hair slicked over his eye but no mask on. "Hi Zane." I call out the door "Hello everyone." Zane says as he sits in the car beside me. "Ready guys?" My dad calls from the drivers seat there was a a few reply's and we were on our way.

I wonder where we are going.
