QUOTES:

❝You're throwing your whole life away. You have a chance here, Christian!❞

❝Everyone keeps saying that to me but nobody cares, Sophie! Are you honestly going to care about me once you've got that spot in the company?❞

❝Of course I will. Christian, don't you understand? I want to be with you, but we can't if you just keep pushing your problems away. Try for me, Christian. Just try to make use of your potential.❞

PLOT:

Sophie Saunders always lets other people's problems to cloud her own. She has managed to fix numerous relationships by making them her top priority, which often brings down her skill in dance. However, at the National Academy of Dance, Sophie cannot afford to allow anyone to distract her. She has one shot at her dream, and she's not going to waste it.

She's thrown off course when she meets Christian Reed, a boy who would rather run away from his problems than confront them. Sophie is soon dragged into his life — a blizzard of events that Christian can't seem to shake off.

He finds his comfort in her, yet he fails to realize that her spot in the company is jeopardized by his presence alone.

SUMMARY: After receiving her acceptance letter to the National Academy of Dance, Sophie Saunders promises herself that she'll always put dance first, and others second. She tends to become a gullible girl when her friends come crying on her shoulder, but there is no room for mistakes when it comes to the Academy. She, however, is captured by Christian Reed, who brings nothing but destruction and havoc to the school. She faces the challenge that most teenage ballet dancers have to come across at one point or another — she has to choose between love or dance.
