Bestfriends and Boyfriends

Alexa's POV

    So Reigh just left to go on her date so me and Allie decided to clean up all the stuff then we left. When I got back to my house Louis was waiting for me outside.  "Hey Lou, what's up?"  "Nothing just wanted to see if you wanted to go watch a movie."  "Sure, um let me go get some money and change."  "OK."   We walked into the house and went to my room. He waited on my bed while I changed in my walk-in closet.  "So what do you want to watch?" I asked while putting on my shoes.  "Um I don't know I figured we could just decide on one when we got there."  "OK that sounds good. Um how are we getting there?"  "I figured I would drive, I mean we're only driving like five minutes."  "OK."  "You ready?"  "Yeah, lets go."

    When we got to the movies we decided on watching The Amazing Spiderman.  "Do you want to share a soda and popcorn?" Lou asked.  "Yeah. That sounds good."  "What do you want to drink?"  "It doesn't matter, whatever you want ."  "OK so we'll have a Dr. Pepper, a large popcorn, and sour worms please," Louis said to the cashier. After we paid we went to go find a seat. After looking for a couple of minutes we finally found two seats just when the movie started.

    "That was awesome!" I yelled.  "Haha yeah. So do you want to go get some ice-cream?"  "Yes!" I yelled again.  "OK maybe not ice-cream you're already really hyper."  "NOOOO I want ice-cream!" I yelled tugging on his arm,"Please?"  "OK, OK, chill."  "So did you like the movie?" I asked looping my arm through his arm while we walked across the road to the ice-cream parlor.  "Yeah it was really good." He smiled.  "I know it was amazing."  We walked inside to the counter. "What can I do for ya'll?" the waitress asked.  "Um I'll have the Rocky Road ice-cream in a waffle cone and he'll have the Mint Chocolate Chip in a waffle cone." I said.  After we got our ice-cream we went to go sit at a table.  "How did you know I would want Mint Chocolate Chip?" Lou teased.  "Because I've known you for a zillion years," I said giving him a 'duh' look.  "Haha OK I guess you got a point," he laughed.  "Yep." 

    After we were done we walked back to his car. He has a silver 2011 Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid Concept.  "I love your car so much, it's so pretty," I whined.  "Yeah my car is pretty sexy," he said trying to make a serious face. Then we looked at each other and started cracking up laughing. We got back to his house and got out of the car.  "Thanks for taking me it was really fun. So I guess I'll talk to you tomorrow," I smiled.  "Your welcome. I had a lot of fun too. I miss how we used to do everything together," he sighed.  "I know me too. But you'll always be my best friend. Forever and Always," I said giving him a hug.  "I know," he smiled.  "I hope so cause my life wouldn't be the same without you," I said looking down and a tear slipping down my face. He lifted my chin up and wiped away the tear saying, "Don't cry. You don't need to I'm not going anywhere."  I looked in his eyes and saw something I normally didn't see. Now it's all coming to me. He isn't just my best friend, he's who I like. We're always together, always hanging out, we do everything together. I don't know what took me over but the next thing I know we're getting closer and closer and then we we're kissing. After a couple of seconds we both pulled away and just looked at each other. Then finally after what seemed like forever he said, "Wow um..."  "Yeah, so..."  "OK I don't want this to be awkward or anything but..."  "I know I don't either, but did that really happen?" I laughed.  "Yeah," he said lifting his arm up and tugging on the back of his hair.  "Wow, so what do we do now?"  "Um I don't know. But Lex I've liked you for quite awhile, and the only reason I haven't said anything is because I didn't want for things to be awkward and to lose our friendship because you are one of the most important people in my life and I don't want to lose you."  After a little bit he said, "Please say something."  I didn't know what to say. When I tried to talk I couldn't so I probably looked like a fish out of water. I didn't know what to say or do. So I just said, "Lou, I don't know what to say. But I think I like you too."  "I don;t want to rush you or anything so just take your time to think about it. OK?"  "OK I will. I'll talk to you later. Goodnight."  "Night Lex." And with that I walked back to my house in a daze. Not knowing what to think or say or do.

    When I got home I went upstairs laid in bed and just thought for a long time. Then I eventually decided to cal Reigh and Allie. First I called Allie then we connected to Reigh. "Hey guys," I said, "I have to tell you guys something really important."  "What? Did something happen? Are you OK?" Reigh panicked.  "No, no I'm fine. It's about Lou."  "What about him?" Allie questioned.  "Well, we um kissed," I said trailing off at the end.  "You what?!" They both yelled.  "You heard me."  "When?" Reigh asked.  "Um about an hour and a half."  "Oh well tell us what happened!" Allie yelled.  "OK OK...." So I told them all that happened.  "Wow," they both said after I was done.  "Yeah, so what do I do?"  "Well we have both been telling you to that you guys would be perfect together," Reigh said.  "Yeah," Allie agreed.  "OK then I know what I'm gonna do," I said determined. I told them I would talk to them tomorrow, and then I finally went to bed. 

     But after that night I knew at least one thing for sure........ I did like Louis and Louis liked me. I just hoped everything would turn out OK.
