Going back on time

Watch Out

Me and Claire were having a walk at Burgos Town, we also went to the Park there, it was fun to be there, we kept laughing about what we're talking.

Later, we finally came home, but Claire left again so I was left alone, I only sat in the couch and waited for her.

Later, she came home angry and immediately went to her room, I tried to talk to her but she only ignored me.

"Claire, you can tell me what's wrong." I said,

She finally sat and told me.

"Dave escaped the prison, he's on the loose."

"What? How?" I asked,

"We still don't know, all I know is that he's on the loose."

I only became silent and Claire spoke scaredly.

"I'm scared, what if he takes me again?"

"He won't, as long you have someone on your side, you'll be okay." I said,

"What about at night? When we're asleep."

"Well, we make sure every door and window is locked shut."

Claire nodded, I hugged her and she slept, I walked down to the Kitchen to make a snack, I thought about my dream but I wasn't really that creeped out, as I was going upstairs, someone rang the doorbell, I peeked through the peephole and found Jake was standing there, I opened the door and smiled.

"Hi." I greeted,

"Hey, can I take you out for a walk?" Jake asked,

"I would love to but I can't."

"Why not?"

"I have to guard Claire."

"Well, I guess you heard the news already, about Dave escaping the prison."

"So."

"But I guess I'll just do it here."

Jake stepped in the house and he took out a box from his pocket, he opened it and a beautiful necklace was in it, there was a full moon that was hanging on it.

"I bought this since last week, I hope you like it." Jake said,

I smiled and nodded, Jake placed the necklace around my neck and I held the full moon, he hugged me.

"May I ask you something?" Jake asked,

"You are now." I responded,

"Are we official? About our relationship?"

"Would you want it to be?"

"I would, but what about you?"

"Of course."

Jake smiled.

"So, we're boyfriends and girlfriends now?" Jake asked,

I nodded, and Jake yelled happily.

"Yes! Yes! Yes!"

Jake kissed me and we were interrupted by someone who spoke.

"Aww... you two are so sweet."

I looked over to find Claire looking at us.

"I thought you were asleep?" I asked,

"I couldn't, so I just went here and found you two." Claire said,

I smiled and looked at Jake.

"Well, I guess I have to go." Jake said,

Jake winked at me and left, I blushed and smiled, I looked at Claire who vastly raised her eyebrows twice, I sigh and went to the Kitchen, Me and Claire sat in the Living Room while watching tv, then Claire saw my necklace.

"Pretty necklace, did your boyfriend gave it to you?" Claire asked,

"Yeah." I responded,

"You really make me jealous."

"Don't worry, you'll find someone one day."

Claire nodded, we realized that we needed more chips, so we left the house, we went to the Market, I missed the cashiers there, we started collecting chips, I picked two Piattos and two potato chips, Claire took four softdrinks, we went to the counter and we payed, as we walked to the house, Claire saw a burger stand at the other side of the road.

"Hey, we should buy that also." Claire said,

"Okay, I'll buy." I said,

"No, I'll buy, just stay here."

Claire crossed the street, she bought two burgers, as she got the burgers, she payed, then as she was about to cross the road, a motorcycle almost hit her, and she fell, I ran to her.

"Claire, you okay?" I asked,

"No." Claire responded,

The driver walked to Claire.

"I'm sorry, ma'am, I was in a hurry."

"But, could you atleast look where you're going." Claire said,

"I'm sorry."

The driver kept looking at Claire for five seconds and left, I helped Claire to stand up, and I saw our burgers that was in the ground, we only tossed it the garbage bin and walked home, we started watching, and I felt my phone beeped at my pocket, I checked it and I had a message from an unknown number.

"Watch out."
