You were never one for math. You could never speak infront of the class, and you could never do math infront of a class.

You were standing there staring at your problem to solve, it was right there, you knew how to do it. But as soon as you got up there you could feel the eyes of all of your classmates on your back. You could count them all if you wanted to. You didn't want to but you did it anyway. Exactly 57 eyes.

Your anxiety only got worse as you stood there, you knew exactly how those numbers worked together and you already had the answer, but you couldn't bring yourself to write it.

You heard someone whisper, your panic clouded every sense you had. So you could only guess they were whispering about you.

You ducked into yourself, folding your shoulders to your ears and tucking your chin to your chest. Your foot started tapping, your fingers tore at each other, making the hang nails bleed. Your throat went completely dry. Your hearing stopped working.

"Y/N!" Your teacher called causing you to jump and almost loose it there, "Go sit down, you're wasting our time. You went and sat down then the whispers started, you could barely make out that they were about you, then they followed by snickering.

You grabbed your bag and rushed out to the hall. You nearly ran to a little divit in the wall, it was just big enough for you and one other person, to comfort you.

You hid in there, sniffling with tears streaming down your face. Your head in your hands, gripping your hair so tight you could pick yourself up that way. Made into the smallest ball you could be with your body type, you rocked back and forth.

Your throat was dry and you coughed a lot. The bell rung, causing you to clasp your ears as people thundered past. No one noticed you, you were dressed in mostly dark clothing. Easier to hide from people like this.

Untill some kid walked by with earbuds in and his head hung low, he must have caught you flinch at the bell, and he turned his back to you, lokking around before backing up into the space.

He sat down, "Hey........ Are..... Are... Uh... Are you ok?" He stuttered slightly.

You said yes, but your mind screamed no. Your shaky, hoarse voice must have spoke volumes because he responded with a, "No. You're not."

You curled into yourself more, you stopped shaking and rocking, but still very panicky. This guy kept telling you to breath, and kept asking what your hobbies are, and what animal you could have as a pet and why. He also asked for Five things you could touch, four things you could hear, three things you could see, two things you could smell, and one thing you could taste. And went and got a bottle of water from a nearby vending machine.

You had calmed down quite a bit, but still had a hitch in you breath and stuttered a little too, but, who could blame you? You just got over a panic attack.

"You ready to go to luch now?" He asked, you nodded in response. He asked if it was ok if he touched you. When you nodded yes he held out a hand to help you up. And you two walked to the cafeteria.
