"I'm sorry..." he moved back. "I wasn't thinking" he sighed. He looked disappointed. "It's okay" I reply. "Huh?" He looked up at me. "I said it's okay faker" I reply. "Oh... okay" he smiled. "Let's go to the party" he said too enthusiastic for my liking, he grabbed my hand and took me downstairs and we put on our shoes. Then we headed to the party.

Why the hell did I agree to this, all these faces I can't recall but apparently I know them. Is this happening because I want to fill the hole in my chest?

"Hey shadow buddy!" A red echidna approached me and the faker. I noticed that sonic had let go of my hand. For what reason you may ask? I don't have a clue. I grunted at the somewhat familiar echidna. "How you doing today bro?!" He patted my back roughly. I gritted my teeth. I don't remember this buffoon. He's so loud and annoying. "Not much of a talker today are ya?" He patted my head roughly "Well we can change that" "um knuckles I think your annoying him" the white bat approached him.

"Oh... sorry buddy" he said nervously. I grunted again. "I'm surprised you came dear, did sonic make you come?" "Not really, he told me about it and I decided to come." I answered more to the bat. "Well good on you! We're all gunna get waisted." He smiled before flying off to another part of the room. That echidna had left too. "You okay shadz? You looked irritated" the faker asked. I nodded. "Is it the crowd thing?" He asked. "Kind if I guess." He nodded. "Well if you want just stay with me and I'll make sure your not overly crowded." He smiled. I nodded at him.

"How 'bout we go get some drinks?" He asked. "Okay" I replied. We walked over to the bar and got our drinks. We stood and talked until I felt sonic fall against me, his face hitting mine. "Ow" he whined in pain. "What the hell" I say. "Sorry... someone pushed me." He turned around we saw that same red echidna run off with a young fox. "I'm going to kill them I swear." I heard sonic joke. "Can you just wait here for just a sec, I'm going to go asks them what that was about." He asked, I nodded and took a sip of my drink.

"Hey~" I look to the side, the direction the voice was coming from "um hello?" I look, there was a brown chipmunk next to me. She had red hair and wore a skin tight black dress. "How are you shadow?~" he smiles and leans against the bar I was stood next to. "I'm okay" I say, she takes my drink out of my hand and runs her tongue around the rim of the glass. "Um okay... if you want a drink you could have asked." I said. She giggled softly. "Oh shadow~ your funny~" she leaned closer to me and run her arm up my shoulder. I roll my eyes. What is she doing?

"You look nice in polos~" she complimented. "Thanks I guess" I reply. Her arm was still leaning against my shoulder. "More than nice~" she smiled. "More like sexy~" I rolled my eyes once again, she put her hand behind my neck. "Don't roll your eyes at me mister~"she started to bite her lip. I did it once again. "You won't be rolling your eyes in a little while~" she licked her lips, she looked like she was trying to tease me. "Oh no you won't, they will be on me~" she moved even closer. I started to feel nervous. What the hell is she doing? Then I heard an exaggerated cough coming from behind her. She turned to look. I saw that it was faker. He was scowling at the chipmunk. "Oh- it's you." She spat. "Always ruining my moments. Your such a turn off" she basically growled toward him. "Says." He replied. He gave him a dirty look than walked away.

Someone had turned up the music now. It was getting hard to hear anyone. "What the hell shadow?!" I sonic yells at me. "What?" I look at him. "Did my kiss mean nothing to you earlier?!" He yelled. This attracted a few eyes. It was only just loud enough to cause people to look. "What are you talking about?!" I yell back at him. "You were clearly wanting her. Your a player and i don't think you get that I like you!" He he yelled. "Sonic What was i doing wrong?! I thought she was being friendly." I reply. He punches my shoulder quite hard. "That's not friendly shadow! You should know that!!" He yelled, small tears rolling down his eyes. "It's obvious, even for your damaged brain!" He yells. The music suddenly stops playing. "Why the hell are you yelling at me faker! It's not my fault I'm like this" i growl. "Well maybe you need to be put into care! Your a hassle and I hate you! You don't feel the same way about me! And you treat me like absolute shit!" He cries. I growl at him and leave.

Stupid hedgehog. So the kiss was him trying to get with me? He thought that we were a thing because I told him the kiss was okay?! And why the hell would he bring up my brain damage in and argument, in public, while shouting after I know I told him not to tell anyone. What a prick! I stand outside for some air. Why did he care so much? And was he serious about putting me into care? I mentally ask myself. I lean my head back against the brick wall, trying to calm myself down. That was until that white bat came out and started to speak to me. "Shadow? Are you alright?" She asked me. I just nodded. "Is it true that you have brain damage?" She asks. I hesitate but then nod. "Oh god, I'm so sorry." She pulls me into a hug. "We're you and Sonic a thing?" She asks me. I shrug. "He kissed me and told me that he liked me and that's about it, he did apologise for kissing me but I told him it was fine." I say. She sighed. "It looks like tails was right" he frowned. I raise my eyebrow questionably at her. "He suspected that sonic liked you, that's why him and knuckles pushed sonic into you." She replied. I nodded, now understanding.

I don't understand how all this has happened. And now people know my weakness. I let out a heavy sigh. Maybe this was a mistake. "Shadow?" I look at the white bat. "It's going to be okay" she says. "Yes it will be okay. I'm going to forget it anyways." She looks at me sadly. "I'm going home." She opened her mouth to say something but I Chaos control home before she could say anything.

I took out my pills and threw them in the trash... let forget everything
