It was one year since Rick joined back into the family, so Beth made him special "Flying saucer-shaped" pancakes. She also made heart-shaped ones for Lily because she felt like it was needed.

"Happy anniversary, Dad! I made these for you too, Mom." Beth said.

"Thank you, sweetie." Lily said, smiling.

"Oh, I get it. Regular pancakes are already shaped like flying saucers." Rick said as he took a bite. "I should be making you cook breakfast for putting up with me." 

"Should be making us a whole restaurant." Jerry mumbled but still was heard by everyone.

"Nonsense. We couldn't be happier than to have you both around. I wish I got to see more of you guys." Beth said, putting her hands on her parent's hands. Just then, a portal shot open and a trio of Ricks walked through. Lily looked at her Rick quickly but then back to the trio. 

"Rick Sanchez of Earth dimension C-137, you are under arrest for crimes against alternate Ricks by the authority of Transdimensional Council of Ricks and Lilys." One of them said. 

"Hey! What the heck?!" Jerry said, slamming his hand down on the table and getting up.

"Neutralize the Jerry." Guard Rick said. Guard Rick #2 shot him with an ice gun. 

"Dad!" Summer said as she checked on Jerry.

"Rick!" "Dad!" Beth and Morty said to Rick. Rick got up and wiped his mouth. 

"Everybody, relax." Lily said.

"If I know these a-holes, and I am these a-holes, they just want to haul me to their stupid clubhouse and waste my time with a bunch of questions." Rick explained to the rest of the family. "Let's get it over with."

"Bring his Morty and Lily." Guard Rick #1 said. 

"You leave my Lily and Morty out of this." Rick said, glaring. All three of them were put into handcuffs. 

"You lost that right when you refused to join the council." Guard Rick #1 said. Lily gave Beth a reassuring smile.

"It's going to be okay, sweetie." She said as she was escorted out of her seat.

"Wait, what about Jerry?" Beth asked, worried about her husband, her parents, and her son.

"Can you at least unfreeze our daughter's idiot?" Lily asked as she was escorted through the portal. On the other side, they appeared at the Citadel. Morty looked around in shock.

"Wow, Rick. Where are we?" Morty asked.

"The Citadel of Ricks and Lilys. It's the secret headquarters for the Council of Ricks and Lilys." Rick explained as they were escorted by 2 Guard Ricks and 2 Guard Lilys

"Council of Ricks and Lilys?" Morty asked, confused.

"As you know, sweetheart, we've got a lot of enemies in the universe that consider our intelligence a threat. Galactic terrorists, a few sub-galactic dictators, most of the Intergalactic government. Wherever you find people with heads up their asses, someone wants a piece of your grandma and grandpa." Lily said. 

"A lot of different versions of us on different timelines have the same problem. So a few thousand versions of us had the INGENIUS IDEA OF BANDING TOGETHER like a herd of cattle or a school of fish or those people who answer questions on Yahoo! Answers." Rick explained further.

"Hey, what do you know? There's a cowboy version of me." Morty said.

"Wow, you're easy to impress." Rick said sarcastically. Lily elbowed him.
