Real Madrid vs Liverpool

For over a decade, Liverpool has been falling short of the in-form Manchester United and Manchester City, in the English Premier League and often failed to finish in the top 4 to qualify for the UEFA Champions League. After a considerably good current season in the league and with few stellar performances in front of the goal, in the UEFA Champions League, this might just be a glorious opportunity for them to bring back their lost glory.
Although the final is tipped to be one-sided in favor of Real Madrid, with Zinedine Zidane's tactics good enough to thrash the opponents, the Real Madrid side too isn't strong enough as they were last season. While they eye for a record hat-trick and have more chances of claiming the title, given the Liverpool side is young and inexperienced in big stages, Liverpool has Jurgen Klopp who has good vision and experience in these big stages to guide them.
The strategy of Liverpool would be to close on Ronaldo who has just come out of minor injury. The Liverpool defenders would like to keep him and Benzema quiet and not allow Real Madrid to score in the first half. The game would be up for Real Madrid's attack versus Liverpool's defense. Liverpool must be patient and strong in defense and should not make any mistakes by conceding goals in the first half.
A goalless first half would make Zinedine Zidane's men frustrated. In the initial stages of the first and second half, Liverpool's midfield and forwards must press and try to capitalize on the few chances that they will have in front of the goal. Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino should be at their top levels to be precise and lethal. If Liverpool goes front then they have good chances in the game. With Ronaldo just coming off injury and Bale having featured in most games as a Substitute might misfire on few occasions. The defenders and the goalkeeper of Liverpool have a tedious task in their hands to keep Madrid from scoring.
However, players like Asensio, Marcelo, and Isco could make the killer passes to the forwards and help them score goals. So, keeping off Real Madrid long won't be possible for Liverpool. Given the fact that Liverpool was tired during the last 10 minutes, in the Roma game, despite being 5-0 up and then conceding 2 away goals isn't a good sign of a healthy defense. Perhaps due to that reason, along with Liverpool's inexperience in big stages, many believe this to be a one-sided final, much like the UEFA Europa League final where Atletico Madrid dominated Marseille.
Real Madrid might already have planned to contain Mohamed Salah who's the striker in-form for them. Keeping him off the ball might discourage the other forwards which could result in less scoring opportunities. Considering the performances of Real Madrid against Juventus and Bayern Munich, they could score at least two goals during the game. Liverpool will just try to avoid them from doing that.
The first half would be a hard battled one with both sides getting few chances. The second half might just be in the favor of the experienced Real Madrid side which is hungry to complete the indisputable hat-trick. Zinedine Zidane's men might have already figured out the way to demolish Liverpool's defense, and they are the favorites to win this game 3-1 with Bale, Ronaldo, Benzema, and Salah on the score sheet.
