"Remember the Red Sea?"She said studying Toshinori's face. Neither of them were smiling now.

"The Red Sea."

Toshinori repeated getting lost in her eyes. Of course he remembered, how could he forget.

In the summer of their second year at UA he was at home over summer vacation recovering from a pretty rough internship/training week with Gran Torino. She was with her family at a house inKujukuri Beach. But they had gone out to the beach to get some sun, leaving her alone. She was so bored she painted each of her finger nails and toe nails a different color. After Toshinori had called her she hopped right on the Sobu train line leading right into Tokyo. He will never forget how she looked in those bright pink flip flops and her light blue silk dress. She didn't have a bag with her, no wallet or keys. Just a rail pass in a cute Hello Kitty case. To Toshinori she looked like an angel. Life didn't get any better then when she flipped flopped down the platform and kissed him. Then they took another train line back to his place. Funny enough this was the first time the two of them had been Completely alone together and noticed. On the walk they picked up some cheap sake.

Drinking the sake in his house in the sweltering heat Toshinori decided to take his shirt off to cool down. She on the other hand decided it was a good idea to fill up the tub with cool water an attempt to cool off. She started splashing herself before splashing him giggling. He stumbled over intending to splash her back but they got carried away being so close. So in the heat of the day, and moment, they started ripping each other's clothes off.

He led her to his bedroom where the two of them had sex for the first time. It was painful and awkward. Exciting and fun.Exactly how ones first time should be and they had no regrets. After they were done he turned on the TV. A documentary about Moses parting the Red Sea was on as they lay in bed cuddling. She thought this was hilarious.

"You parted my Red Sea!" she howled wrestling him with a pillow.

And he parted her red sea once more.

Before the sky grew dark,

and the stars twinkled in the sky above Tokyo.

A week or so after that her parents had been called back to their home country to fight a large villain organization that had been on the rise and had taken many hero's lives. She went with them to continue her schooling as well as fight once she graduated. He fully intended to go see her and help in the efforts but his country needed him, just like hers needed her.

She and her parents had moved 15 years ago. He didn't get a chance to see her before she moved so his last memory of her was that night, and the parting of the Red Sea.

"I missed you like crazy Toshi." She said attempting a weak smile.

She too felt bad for not reaching out to try and talk to him all these years. But hero work was like that, you save some people, round up a few bad guys and find yourself asking: 'where did all the time go?'

"I missed you too" he said stepping closer to her.

There were so many things he wanted to do in that moment some innocent, some not so. But just as he was thinking what to do and what would be appropriate an explosion was heard and people started running away from a building a few blocks down. The two looked at each other, Toshinori now in his All Might form with matching apologetic expressions. Then after realizing they were thinking the same thing smiled at each other before turning and running together against the crowd to where they knew they were both needed the most.
