Was Only

“What a wonderful day!” I said to myself.

Right now, I am here inside the restaurant waiting for my date to come—which is my long time crush. I was so happy right now and at the same time was also excited, because I didn’t expected that this day will come. The moment that he was going to ask me out on a date that every girl dreaming of.

While waiting for him, a delivery of flowers came in. The delivery man said that it was all for me. My heart flutters because of that. ‘Cause for the first time in my entire life, I received a flowers from the guy I liked.

A few minutes later, he came and said “sorry” because he was late. I just smiled at him and then we started to order our foods which are all American delicacy. Later on, after we finished our food we started to create a conversation. That time I was able to know more things about him. Like for example, his favorite hobby is to read literature. He believes that his lucky number is three and many more. As the time goes by, by knowing him more and being with him, makes me feel like comfortable.

As soon as we finish our conversation, we decided to go to a theater to watch a musical play, which has an interesting story. But as soon as the play reached its end, he suddenly left me without any explanation or saying “goodbye”. And then I realized, that all of the events that happened today, between us, was only my imagination.
