You may think this is a strange topic, but it is taken on a lot of study that hugging your loved one or another close person to you, you can be happier, healthier, and less anxious if you suffer from anxiety.

It also reduces harmful physical effects of stress including its impact on blood pressure and heart rate. A ten-second hug a day may fight infections, boost your immune system, ease depression, and lessen fatigue. Both the giver and receiver of a hug gets as much benefit from the hug too.

Hugs can also help produce the hormone of oxytocin, a natural occuring hormone in your body with incredibly powerful, heath-giving properties. Hugs are such a great way to not only to bond with another but also boost your physical, and emotional health.
