Year: 2316
Chapter 1
There are 358 days in a year. Earth's rotation has slowed down. You get those days where you are extremely happy, almost as if you've cracked some sort of code. However, you also get those days where you are very sad because you can't seem to figure out how to solve a certain problem. I'm telling you that Today is one of those days.
Well, I'm not sure whether it's day or not, I'm not really sure about a lot of things lately. This world is so messed up that the first human wouldn't recognise this warped place. For example: Suddenly, this black smoke emerges and starts suffocating everything in its path; plants, animals, everything, and then miraculously disappears. The average temperature of Earth which used to be 17° in the year 2016, is now 37° as if its a normal thing.
You can only guess what the people at the equator are experiencing right now, while I'm here in the north during the spring season, though the scenery looks nothing of the sort. What I'm looking at right now is a lovely brown coloured sky- or at least that's what the world calls it nowadays. I've heard something called a Blue Sky when I was about five years old, I keep wondering how it looked. I'm sure it's a myth though, because there's no proof that a blue sky could ever exist on Earth. I'm currently standing on shaky ground which will definitely give way in the next few minutes but I'm not scared at all. I've dealt with these problems for the last few weeks; I'm in no panic whatsoever.
While standing at the edge of this cliff, I think about my hometown three kilometres behind me. When the people started going crazy, and when I say crazy I mean terrified, they ran and hid themselves where ever they could from a certain being. I can't go back there because everything is destroyed, even the social booths. Every person on Earth is now wearing what I am, a PCD (Protective Clothing Device) and yes its a device. I'm not saying any more about it. I have a friend who is coming to rescue me from my terrible fate - I just hope he doesn't come too late.
