It was 4:36 p.m. Mark usually played basketball all night. But today Mark came extra early, waiting for someone special. "Yo, we 'bout to head home, you staying?" one of Mark's friend, Quanis, says. Mark just shook his head, "Yeah, you guys get go 'head." Mark suggest. After everyone left Mark was alone.
After a few minutes 'someone special' came, with friends. "Hey Mark." the girl says. Mark face lit up, "What up, Nyani." Mark respond. "You girls wanna get a game?" Mark asks. All the girls nodded and mur mured 'yeah'. "I got Mark!" one of Nyani's friend,Queen, says flirtatiously. "Ight, Nyani's team against my team." Mark says winking at Nyani.
Nyani felt a little jealous of the other girls, but she got over. "We won!" Nyani shouts. Her whole team cheered. "Well we should get going." Queen suggests. All the girls get in the car, except Nyani. "I'll walk her home." Mark says. Without anyone noticing, Queen rolls her eyes in jealousy.
Finally, they reach Nyani's house. "Ight, same time tomorrow?" Mark asks. Nyani nodds, "I'm coming alone next time." Nyani says. Mark kisses her cheek. Nyani walks in her house and closes the door.
