As we keep throughs the living rooms many people stared and smiled at me. The clan house had so many people inside it all busy cleaning or sharpening their gear or putting on their hunting clothes. Each and everyone looked up and smiled. I began smiling to myself subtly.
"Enjoying the respect?" Katie asked
"It's nice I guess."
"It comes with a lot of work you know" "especially for you". " I'm your guard I understand"
"Why do they need you to guard me?" I asked
"The mutts are everywhere even at school your sort of the princess we need you safe."
Katie dragged me up the long polished stairs to the second floor. There were so many doors around I didn't know how she found her way around. She pulled me into the door. There was bright pink walls with a huge wall decoration that spelled Kayla. In the middle of it there was a massive bed with plump fluffy pillows and some fairy lights.
There was a white plain door in the room that Kayla yanked me into. It was a huge walk in closet with my clothes sorted and shoes.
"The left side this is your hunting uniform." So let's get you in that.
She pulled out a pretty camo styled outfit and I slipped on something similar to hers . She got out one of my bow and arrows dipped in silver and handed it to me. As she picked up her gun filled with silver bullets and a black rucksack.

"We look hot" I said looking at myself in the mirror.
"Yes we do"
"Now let's go before we get caught!" She whispered.
She opened up the bedroom window and slid out on the smith parts of nthe house. A loud thump was heard and I rushed to look out the window. Katie was smiling up at me waving her hands up and down telling me to jump.
I took a deep breath and stuck my feet out of the window,I closed my eyes tight and pushed myself off the ledge.
I hit the soft grass face first and a hand Swiftly pulled me up.
"Damn I need to get used to that" I said while dusting off my clothes.
"Come on let's go" Katie said
She pulled out a silver gadget about the size of an iPhone. It had different colours displayed on it with a red beeping light. Katie began to walk in the direction the beeps lead and I followed behind watching our surroundings.
We came to a sudden stop and Katie looked around and set her rucksack down.
"This senses anything abnormal in the woods , we use it to track them."
"So you have trackers to find them?"
"I guess you could say that." She pulled out her gun and began eyeing our surroundings. "Keep your bow up you don't know when they will strike"
