Trouble and Fairies?

You sighed as you tossed your rupee bag to the man. "That's all I got." You said to him holding out your hand to place the sword in you just payed for with all your rupees. The man had dark brown hair and must have been only a few years older than you. He smiled at you (weirdly you might say) and placed the rupee bag somewhere in his pouch.

"Now give me my sword I just payed for." You said annoyed. His smile with still intact with his face when he grabbed you by the arm you had facing him. Then he twirled you around so your back was touching his chest. "Pretty girl, this sword is expensive. Much more worth than some rupees." He smiled down at you pulling you closer to him. "E-eh!?" You say staring wide eyed at him. Then you narrowed your eyes and looked at him. "What kind of girl do you think I am!?" You twisted out of his grasp which took him by surprise and took the chance to elbow him in the face.

He fell back, stunned and obviously damaged by your attack. You grabbed the sword you payed for and aimed it at his neck almost piercing it. "Now, if you decide to do this to me again or if I see you trying anything on any other girls, I will personally shove this lovely sword into your neck." You said calmly, "Okay?" He nodded quickly at you holding his bleeding nose. You smiled and curtsied at him. "Thank you for your service." And sheathed your new sword placing it on your back and walking out of the ally in Castle Town.

You grumbled as you were making your way past the fountain in "Some men.." You said to yourself. But right in the middle of your thought you bumped into someone. "Hey! Watch where your-" You started but looked up to see who you were talking to. It was a boy and he looked maybe one or two years older than you wearing a forest green tunic and had blonde hair with a small ponytail. You blushed and noticed he was quite handsome. He smiled down at you. He must have been quite a few inches taller then you. "I'm sorry but have you seen my hat? I must have lost it somewhere." 'I don't have time for this...' You thought and continued on your way into the shop.

"Hey!" Said the man and grabbed your hand. Making you stop in your tracks and face him. You felt your face heat up . 'Why am I blushing I don't even know his name!' Is what was running through your head.

"I'm Link," he said and gave you a toothy grin. "W-what do you think your.. Your!" You said almost yelling at him until he quickly released your hand. "Oh... Sorry!" He said and scratched the back of his neck.

You quickly calmed yourself down. You almost always got high tempered fast, especially around men. You looked at him in the eyes... "Yeah, me too." You said sincerely. Link smiled at you. "Oh! I didn't get your name!"

"It's Y/N" you said returning the smile.

Out of nowhere you saw a blue orb floating in front of your vision. You stumbled back surprised by the blindingness of the the blue ball of light.

"O-oh! It's a fairy!" You said giggling.
"You rarely see these in Castle Town."

"Oh hey, Navi!" Link said letting the fairy land gracefully on his finger. "Who's that Link?" The fairy chirped up, having a high pitch voice so you figured it was a girl.

"Oh, that's Y/N!" Link said looking at Navi then to you.

"Wait that fairy's yours!?" You said staring at him and Navi "Then that must mean.. But you're a grown up!"

"Oh... Well thats a long story," Link said lightly laughing.

"Link! I saw your hat! It's in that shop over there!" Said Navi floating over to the direction of the shop.

"Oh! Well I'll see you later, Y/N" he said waving at you.

You waved back smiling at him as he ran to catch up with his fairy into the shop.

You giggled to yourself, this must be one of the first guy friends you had in years!
