"Charlotte if you are not up in the next five minutes, myself and a jug of ice cold water is coming right up there to get you up!" I groaned as I heard my mom's yells penetrate my fortress of blankets.
"IM UP!" I let out a weird yelp as I stretched my muscles. Laying there for a few more precious seconds, I finally got up and waked towards my ensuite bathroom. The tile was cold so I quickly turned the hot water on before hopping in. I hummed and washed my body with my favorite vanilla scented body wash that made me really hungry. I had washed my hair the night before so I skipped that step today.
Once I was satisfied I took the leap of faith into the cold air of the bathroom, ditching the warm shower. I grabbed my towel and then grabbed my fluffy bunny robe wrapping it around me after I finished wiping myself off. I walked into my walk-in-closet which was attached to my bathroom to get dressed for the day and put a face on. I sat onto the vanity and it was time to do my beauty guru copied beauty routine. Starting with moisturize I went through the whole shabang including my favorite foundation, concealer, powder, eye shadow, and eyeliner. I topped it off with some mascara and my not-so-natural-natural-look was complete! Them brows are looking good!
I pulled my straightener out to fix some pieces that had gone wavy through the night.
My name is Charlotte Tomosina, Daughter of Adam and Clara Tomosina and I was living the good life! We were rich, well at least my family was. I got everything that I every wanted put right into my hand. If I pointed to something with even the slightest of interest I got it, although I think I'm not spoiled; most of the time anyway.
My parents and I are not extremely close but we talked, their money did most of the talking but words were showered in here and there. I don't think my parents ever were not rich. This is our life and I was their only child.
The reason my parents had buckets of riches was because my dad is the part of the mafia. Whoa, whoa, whoa, I know what that sounds like but its honestly nothing like the movies. My great grandfather used to be that classic kind of scary Italian mobster but that was a very long time ago. Now its just undercover drug deals and things along those measures.
Very happy with my makeup skills, I got up and its time to choose an outfit. I grabbed a pair of trendy black jeans that were ripped at the knees and a black t-shirt. It was time for food.
I walked out of my beautiful bedroom and into the house, or should I say mansion. the marble staircase led me down into the living room and I made my way into the kitchen.
"Ohh pancakes!" I was so hungry and I grabbed 3 pancakes off the top of the stack and sat at the breakfast bar.
"Hey Remmy, this is incredible." Remmy was our person. She had always been there for as long as I could remember. She cooked, cleaned, and even helped me with my homework.
"Your welcome darling, I know how much you enjoy your food!"
I gave her a big smile with my mouth stuffed with the pancakes. Quickly shoveling the food into my mouth.
My mom walked in a moment later. She looked like she had just walked out of a magazine although she had just finished working out in our gym. She didn't have any makeup on and there was sweat pouring down her face yet she looked prettier than I would on my wedding day. There were moments when I envied her beauty. Some people say that I look like her but I don't really see it.
She smiled at me and came over to give me a quick kiss on my forehead.
"Go easy on the pancakes princess, I'm sure at this point you have more syrup in your veins than blood."
