KIM OTTER's POV

Remember the unexpected transfer student, Lilli Sinclair, who was making goggly eyes at Raymond? Well, she had taken him from me completely.

Calling...

Raymond – "Hello?"

"Raymond..." – ME

Raymond – "Oh it's you"

Raymond – "Why'd you want?"

"D-Did you want the homework answers?" – ME

"I could give them to you" – ME

Raymond – "No"

Call Ended

He's been so cold to me recently, I have no idea why.

"Raymond!!"

He turned around with an annoyed expression, before throwing his science book into his metal compartment.

"What?" He said, looking so emotionless.

"..." My mouth was shut tight as my eyes quickly searched for the overly joyed Raymond from yesterday, I couldn't find him.

"You've changed" I blurted, before instantly covering my mouth. "I didn't mean that" I speedily added.

Raymond stared at me with a deadly smirk, "I know I've changed, but I've changed for better"

'No, you haven't'

"Are you dating Lilli?" I asked, nervously sweating at his paused silence.

"Yes" He replied, and sighed.

I shattered, "I thought y-you were gay" I hastily confronted.

"Just," Raymond took a deep breath. "Stay out of Lilli's and I's way" I detected hesitant in his shaky voice as regret in his tear-forming eyes before he walked away.

I didn't know why, but my eyes started crying heavily. I went home earlier that day, skillfully avoiding questions from my stepdad.

He's been so bothered by me, as if I was less than an acquaintance.

"Lilli," I called out, loudly trudging towards the tall girl.

Lilli Sinclair wasn't those self-centered girls that would go threw everything to just get one boy, which was Raymond at this point. She was normal, well I assume.

"Yes?" She answered, while fixing her curly bun in the small but suitable mirror in her locker.

"Did you know what happened to Raymond?, he's not been acting himself lately" I questioned.

Lilli gave me a puzzled look, "Why'd you mean?"

"I don't know...He's not properly talking me ever since he - well you know - hooked up with you" I explained, anxiously rubbing my neck in embarrassment.

Lilli recklessly slammed her locker door shut, and uncomfortably leaned closer to me.

"You should make the first move, pal or else you'll never get back together with him" She patted my shoulder in a friendly manner before running off.

First move? Was does that mean?
