I wake up to sounds. Sounds upon sounds upon sounds. There's alarms blaring, people screaming, more people crying.

I see his eyes. Normally sharp, angular and cool, but this time something's wrong. They're so wide and scared. This isn't him. It can't be. Yet he opens his mouth and it has to be him. I'd know that voice anywhere.

"Come on, wake up, please! We have to leave right now!"

I'm so confused. "W-what's going on? What's happening?"

"Get up now! If we don't get to the train station right now, we're never gonna make it! Please, Jae!" He looks and sounds almost angry. I understand that we really need to go as the amount of people around us begins to dwindle.

I grab his outstretched hand. "Train..?" I ask. He ignores me as he tugs me hard and pulls me out of the room. Everything is flashing red, it hurts my eyes and gives me a throbbing headache. We weave through the throng of people heading to the train station. It's complete and utter chaos. People are trampling over each other, calling out for each other. I silently pray that they all find who they're looking for, but the screaming behind us tells me that they don't.

I start to panic. "Is it them? But they're not supposed to be here for weeks!" He doesn't answer. "Are we gonna be okay?" Still no answer, but he squeezes my hand harder.

We run as fast as our legs will carry us. After a while, I feel my lungs begin to constrict, but I ignore it and run faster. I feel my hand becoming wet and clammy, but refuse to let go of his. I'm too afraid I might lose him. He seems to be just as scared as I am, because he squeezes my hand harder and harder until I can barely feel it anymore.

"Jaehwa, look! The train!" His voice is breaking and he looks so tired, but I don't let him slow down.

I see the train begin to fill up. It's going to leave if we don't hurry. "Come on," I say. "We're gonna make it. Just keep going, it's just a little more."

"Jae, I don't think- We're not gonna-" "Yes we are! You're not giving up now, I won't let you!"

We're mere steps away from the train, and it doesn't look like we'll make it. The doors start to close, but I feel myself being pulled back. It's him. "What are you-" He cuts me off with a kiss before he throws me forward, forcing me onboard. A few of the people on the train catch me and make sure I stay on as I try to run off. But the door closes.

"TAEHYUNG!" I screech as I beat on the door. "NO!"

He smiles at me before mouthing three words:

"I'll be okay."

Then the train begins to move.
