Behind the Light

Prologue

Everyone needs a light to run to, especially when you're surrounded by darkness. A light that will guide and protect you, a light that will never leave your side......Someone that will never leave your side.

Zhea wants nothing but to escape from her fears, her sufferrings, but it's impossible.
It has always been a part of her life, the moment her mother left her to an abusive family. She felt hollow, anger, anguish, distress and pity to herself.

She was afraid to love for she never got love in return. She was afraid to break down her walls because she knows she'll get hurt in return. But when Zhea finally found someone she could rely, someone she could hold onto, someone she could open her heart to and love she made him, her everything. She made him her light that will save her. The light in her loathed life. But behind it was something even darker.

Light has its own shadow, own darkness, own oblivion. Sometimes it would eventually destroy you or lead the way.
It would ruin or make you.

The delusion of laughter comes with a mask to veil deception, and when it falls off, we are left nothing but desolation.

Forever is a big word, full of lies and promises when it doesn't even exist. It is a great word to describe fallacy.
Why?
Because........

Everything has its own entrances and exits.
Everthing has an end.
Nothing lasts forever.

As simple as that.

- One doesn't cry because she misses that person but instead cry because she doesn't want to miss that person.

- You say you hate to see my tears yet you are the reason why my eyes never dry.

- Sometimes we can be stupid in love, for making the same mistake all over again and just realizing when your heart is already broke in pieces.

- And yes I'm stupid, stupid because I still love you. Stupid because no matter what you're still in my heart.
