Today's my 9th birthday. I was woken up my all my pack brothers. They took me on my first hunt. It was such a fun time. My real brother chanyoel and me get called to our dads office. Our dads the pack leader. "Chanyeol as you know today's your brothers 9th birthday and well have to start finding him his mate." He says. "Yes dad." He says. "Kookie come here." My dad says. I run up to him and sit in his lap. "How was your first hunt?" He asks. "It was so much fun. I caught a deer." I say.
"It sounds fun." He says. "Now why don't you go and run off with your brother." He says. "Okay dad." I say getting off his lap. I grab chanyeols hand and run off into the hallway. "Chanyeol what's a mate?" I ask. "A mate is someone you'll be with for the rest of your life." He says. "Do you have a mate?" I ask. "No not yet." He says.
Chanyeols only 14. He is 5 years older than me. He's the best brother I could ask for.
"Why do I get a mate before you do?" I ask. He stops walking and kneels down. "Because kookie your an omega and I'm an alpha. Every omega gets an alpha but not every alpha gets a mate." He says. "What's an omega?" I ask. "Someone really special." He says.
That was 5 years ago tomorrow. My 14th birthday when I finally meet my mate.
