4: if it's not stated as a rule here it's allowed. Don't worry.
5: Yes tags, on the go forms and pm rps are allowed.
6: no spamming. Maybe tag me or pm me after about an hour or two.
7: no short replies like (he smiles) I can't rp with that give me an at least. (He smiles to *name* after saying. "Hey there.") I'm not asking for an entire story but not a elementary level sentence either.
May add rules later if I see it necessary.
