Story 9

Behind the wheel, Dayu's breathing was hard. He tried his best to run away from cars who were chasing after him. He knew that everything he did will be uncovered. He already did his best to finish his job. He was not afraid of death. Pains and death were his friends since long time ago. 

"Shit!!!"

Dayu was cursing out loud. He was driving in the middle of the city. Too many civilians on his way. He needed to get out from there. Yes, he needed to escape. He didn't want to hurt innocent people.

Dayu kept driving while honking his car to make the civilian to move out of from his way. The cars which were chasing after him kept following him without giving up. They seemed so itchy to catch Dayu alive. 

With a racing heart, Dayu kept driving with the top speed. He kept glancing at his car mirror to see if he was still followed or not. And he succeeded to move out from the busy street and from the chasers. But he still couldn't breathe easily. He needed to find a place to hide. 

His phone rang while he was still driving at the empty street of the village. Unknown Number

"Hello"

"Do you need a back up?"

Dayu kept driving when he was answering his phone. And he looked at his surroundings.

"No need. It's already too late."

Dayu turned off his phone. He couldn't go anywhere. There were cars in front of and behind him.

Pains welcomed Dayu when he opened his eyes. Dayu had been tied to the chair in the middle of the empty warehouse. Blood were flowing from his temple. His eyes were swollen. His lips were cracked and bleeding. He could taste his own blood on his tongue. And he guessed his ribs were broken too. 

He looked at his surrounding with blurry eyes. He was not alone. There were three or maybe four people in front of him. He couldn't be sure because his head felt so dizzy. 

"You are awake. Now tell us who do you work for?!!", voice one asked. Dayu tried to see his face. But he couldn't see it clearly. 

Dayu didn't utter a single word. He just smiled mockingly. 

"You fucker!!", voice one said angrily and kicked Dayu's stomach, making him to fall backward. 

fuck! it hurts. Dayu cursed in his heart but his face remained blank. 

"You pretty little shit, you better tell us the truth. Or I'll fuck you till death!!"

Dayu smiled prettily, "Do it."

Anger and lust could be seen from 'the voice one' eyes. His body vibrated. He came closer to Dayu, slowly. He was squatting in front of Dayu. He wanted to peel Dayu's clothes and fuck him hard.

"ENOUGH!!!!"

A loud and angry voice came from behind them. They could feel a 'cold killing aura'. No one dared to breathe loudly, no one dare to say any single word. 'The voice one' stood to face someone who just came, but he lowered his eyes.

Dayu could see someone walked closer to him. Even if he couldn't see his face clearly, but he knew who that voice belonged to. 

"All of you, GET OUT!!!"

"But Boss, even if he'd been tied he still could be dangerous...", 'The voice one' said with little wavering voice.

"I.Said.GET.OUT!!", The Boss said slowly, coldly, dangerously.

Without saying anything all of them left The Boss and Dayu alone.

Dayu lifted his head to see the man's face who were standing in front of him and looked at Dayu coldly.

"Wang Qing", Dayu said softly.

Qing didn't say any single word. He kept looking at Dayu that still lay on the cold floor with his cold eyes. Anger and betrayal could be seen from Qing's eyes. 

"Why did you lie Dayu? Why are you betraying me?", Qing said without any emotions. 

Dayu smiled. He couldn't see the warmth from Qing's eyes anymore.

"Why Dayu, WHY! WHY! WHY!". Qing kicked Dayu's stomach hard, making Dayu groaned in pain. And blood came out from his mouth.

"From the beginning, you knew that I could forgive anything except lies and betrayal. But you still dare lie to me and betraying me! Why Dayu, WHY!!!", Qing once again kicked Dayu.

Qing was really angry, sad, confused. His heart hurted badly, bleeding and broken. He felt numb. He loved Dayu so much. But Dayu lied to him and betraying him. And Dayu also killed his father.

"I... just did... my job.", Dayu said painfully. He was breathing hard, and his blood kept comes out from his mouth.

Slowly Qing came closer to Dayu. His cold hand touched Dayu's bleeding face. Then he untied Dayu's hands. He scooped Dayu to his embrace. 

Dayu now could see Wang Qing's handsome face with sad eyes. 

"I love you so much Dayu, so much. I love you so much and I could do anything for you. Anything.", Qing said softly. His eyes full of tears. 

Dayu coughed. He was vomiting blood. 

"Even if you lied and betrayed me. Even if you killed my father. Even if you lied about your feeling to me, I could forgive you. Because I love you, I love you so damn much Dayu." Tears finally poured from Qing's eyes.

"Qing ah... I'm not a good person. I did bad things. I may be a liar. But...." Dayu coughed again. Coughing so bad. "But... I never lied about what I feel to you.", Dayu said softly. His fingers touched Qing face. With a hard breathing Dayu continued what he wanted to say.

"I know I don't have the right things to say I love you after what I did. But Qing ah... I truly love you. " Dayu's tears were dripping from his beautiful eyes. Qing could see the love there. Dayu coughed again, with more blood. And his breathing was really hard. 

Qing panicked. All the anger and hate, now was replaced with fears. 

"Dayu ah hold on." With his trembling hand, Qing dialed emergency call, shouting to them to quickly send an ambulance. Dayu kept coughing. "Baby hold on... Baby please...". Qing cried, he hugged Dayu with the tears kept falling from his eyes. 

"Baby please... baby please don't leave me.", He kissed Dayu's forehead, begging Dayu to not leave him alone.

"I love you baby, I love you so much. So please don't leave me. Hold on for a while, help is coming."

Dayu smiled beautifully to Qing. With a difficult breathing, he managed to say "I love you too Qingge" before his eyes were closing slowly.

"No! No! No! No!. Dayu nooooooo!!!!! Wake up! Dayu wake up! Baby please wake up!!!"

Qing screamed, he kept screamed and called Dayu's name. But Dayu didn't open his eyes.
