She watched as he pushed back from the desk making the wooden chair screech slightly along the wooden floor. He stood up from his desk bringing the pencil he had in his hand down upon the desk. Madara moved from around the desk before stopping in front of her. He folded his arms across his chest before bringing a single finger up twirling it around slightly telling her to begin.
"My mother was just a low merchants daughter an-and she was trained in the arts of healing jutsu. She -She was really good at her job. She was the strongest among everyone-" "How did your father meet your mother?"Madara interpreted quickly his voice booming inside her ears. "The-They"She paused for a moment as she tried to think of another lie to weave into the truth." My father taught my mother how to fight as a ninja ."She quickly spat out. Madara nodded and brought a gloved black hand up to his chin.
"So your mother was a lone merchants daughters who happened to meet your father out of no where. What a wise tell of a story. But as for the name Sasuke? That name brings no memory for me. Are you certain that was the only name he went by?"He asked.
"Y-Yes sir my mother only spoke of him. i had no idea what he looks like or."She paused and couldn't help but look down to her feet. This feeling was true enough that was for sure. She had never known what her father was like until just recently when he started to come back into her life. "Or what he would have taught me about my clan."She finished quickly as she starred up at the leader of the clan.
"Your mother where does she reside among this land?" He asked quickly as he turned around to his desk and started to push things aside. She felt a nudge on her back as she pushed forward towards the desk. Madara moved aside and pointed down to a huge map on his desk. It was hand drawn with a pictures of the forest and the other enemy villages.
"Show me where. I would like to just talk to your mother."He responded. Sarada couldn't help but get a chill to run up her back at the term of "Talk" coming from his mouth. She had no idea how to read this map and if she choose wrong they would go and come back to most likely kill her.... She brought a single finger towards the glasses feeling her hand slightly shake from the atmosphere she was in.
Bringing the glasses upwards towards the bridge of her nose she let out a sigh. "I'm sorry but I don't understand or recognize any of these symbols. My mother never taught me how to read a map."She answered successfully feeling every word hold their merit of truth.
"And shes no longer alive. She died trying to save a local villager and was caught in the cross fire. I was seeking aid of any. But i had no idea had a clan name."she needed to add this so Madara hopefully wouldn't ask about anything else dealing with her parents. As of now she was an orphan seeking refugee.
She brought her hand towards her shoulder and tighten her grip slightly. "And this symbol my mother had sewn this into my shirt so I may find someone to aid in my journey."She was lying through her teeth now but from reading so many stories about the old times she was prepared for more lies.
"I see. So you're trying to tell me you have been unnoticed by any person on your travels and no one aided you?"Madara asked sternly his eyes gazing deeply into hers. Sarada could feel everyone eyeing her boldly up and down as she stood there. "I-I don't understand the question?" She stated. "Let me make it more simple for you. There was someone with you or not?"He asked again but this time it sounded more of a statement. He crossed his arms over his chest as he looked down up on her. His eyes slightly narrowed making his dark gaze ever more fierce.
Sarada quickly brought her own dark gaze towards the floor she stood upon. It was made out of the finest wood it seemed as it gleamed up at her. She tried to think cleverly on how to get her self out of this nut shell but yet no matter how hard she looked down upon this floor nothing screamed at her. Until the thoughts of her mom passed through her mind. Her smile and great bright green eyes making their way deep into her sight.
"I'm sorry if it sounds far fetched but thats all I can tell you. I just survived this long on luck, Madara."She stated clearly with the lies tightening around her making her want to scream out the truth already. But she couldn't just tell this man. Or could she?He hadn't seemed all that bad. He had saved her from the hands of those Senju that had clearly wanted to bring harm to her.
As her thoughts started to circle around her she felt a firm hand clap her shoulder making her gasp out of surprise. She brought her dark gaze upwards from the floor to Madara and saw his hand was the firm grasp on her shoulder. He starred down into her gaze before he spoke. "No need to explain anymore child. Mikoto you are welcomed here anyways no matter your background. We welcome any Uchiha back into our clan. As you can tell we are depleting very quickly with the war happening all over the land.
"Madara stated as his firm grasp upon her shoulder was pulled away. He leaned on the edge of the desk with his arms crossed over his chest as he continued his chat. "And we are in need of more ninjas you seem very trained. Even more trained then that of other children your age. In that I will pair you off with my son starting tomorrow he will guide you and teach you about our clan. " Madara explained.
"Madara are you sure Ishikawa should do such low classed tasks?"Asked Inabi quickly as if it were a insult. She watched as Madara brought a gloved hand up and waved it slightly about. "It doesn't matter Inabi . This will be an added punishment." He claimed. "Take Mikoto to the guest room we have here."He added before he turned his back to her and the other Uchiha Inabi. He had grabbed the wooden pencil from its place on the table and started to mark the map.
She felt something tug on her shoulder and pull her backwards. "Come lets go girl." Inabi stated with clear distaste in his mouth. "Yes of course. "She responded as she turned her back from the Uchiha leader.
