Spark between us. (Sam x Reader)

It was just  few months ago that you had met the Winchester brothers. Sam said the he had a vision of you, but he never really elaborated on it. However, he told you enough for you to know that you where in danger.  It was obvious that they knew about your gift from the way they acted around you. They where very cautious at first, staying further away than normal people would. Considering your "gift" mainly consisted of you being a human lightening rod, it was quite understandable.

For some time now, you had been staying at the bunker with the Winchesters and, as much as you hated to admit it, you had a big crush on the younger of the two. As days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months, you where slowly learning to control  your ability. You had worked for hours everyday, whether training your physical ability or concentrating on control of the electric energy that ran through you.

Eventually, you had gotten good enough that you where allowed to help out on the hunts. You even saved Sam or Dean's ass on occasion. But this time, something went wrong. The three of you had decided to split ways to find the demon. Instead of the demon, you only managed to find the body that it was previously possessing. Just as you where about to call the brothers over, a large black cloud covered you and you blacked out.

When you awoke you where sitting on the floor, the Winchesters crowding over you. "Sam? Dean? What happened?" No. No, you didn't say that. Well a least you found the demon, even if it was now using you as a puppet. The guys would realize something was wrong, right? Right?!

"Demons happened." Answered Dean, annoyed.

"The Demon must have known we where coming and high tailed it back to hell." Sam answered, knocking Dean in the arm. Sam... Please Sam, you know me better than this. Sam help me.

"Oh, alright... so where to next then?" You hated it, you where not it's puppet.

"Um, (f/n) are you okay? You seem... different." Sam replied. Yes. Yes Sam, of course, your Sam, he knew.

"Yeah, well almost dying can do that to you."

"Tell me about it." Dean groaned. "Alright, lets head back if everything is done here." He grabbed his bag of equipment and spun on his heel, leading the way back to the impala.

As Dean started ahead, you grabbed Sam's elbow. "Can I talk to you for a minute." Don't you fucking touch him. "I was thinking, I've known you for a while now and it would be such a shame if I died-"

"Don't even say that." He interrupted.

"-without telling you how I felt about you." Really?! Shit.

"(F/n), I'm sorry but-"

"You don't feel the same way."

"No, actually, this is gonna hurt." He growled, splashing you with holy water.

"Mother Fucker!" You screeched, writhing on the ground in pain as Sam began the exorcism. Your head snapped backward as the demon poured out of your mouth, leaving you blacked out, again.

This time you awoke on the couch in the bunker, with Sam sitting across from you reading a book.

"Hey Sammy?" You mumbled shyly. He looked up from his book and smiled at you. "How did you figure it out?"

"When you grabbed my arm... Well I knew something was off when we found the other body but that gave it away." You tilted your head in confusion. Sam chuckled softly. "You've never done that before. You always said you where afraid to hurt someone."

"Did I? Did it hurt I mean?" Sam shook his head 'no'. "And um, about what the demon said-"

"Hey, demons lie, and if you don't feel the same way, I get it. I'll move on." He interrupted, getting up from his seat. You sat up and pulled your legs under you to make room on the couch for Sam.

"What? No... Sam I-" You could feel yourself blushing before you had even managed to tell him how you felt. "I really do like you, I just didn't want to make anything awkward, so I never said anything." He sat down next to you on the couch, and tossed his book on the coffee table. You just sat there quietly, blushing and flustered.

"(F/n)? What are you thinking about?" Sam asked after a short silence, while he ran his fingers lightly along your back.

You looked up at his eyes, then his lips. Slowly, you closed your eyes and leaned in to kiss him, but you where surprised when his lips meet yours in a hungry kiss. Though it didn't last long , it was sweet and electrifying. "S-Sorry." You murmured as you pulled away from him.

"What for? It was fine, better than that. It was perfect." He smiled softly, wrapping a protective arm around your shoulder.

"By the way, where's Dean?" You added, relaxing into Sam's arm.

"With some girl, Sasha I think. Who cares, we have the bunker to ourselves." He mumbled, pressing kisses along your jaw bone. For a while, the two of you stayed like that, your legs pulled up on the couch next to you, leaning into Sam, and Sam with an arm wrapped around you and his lips resting against  your temple.

"Hey Sam? Remember the first time I saved your ass?" You teased, readjusting yourself so that you where straddling his lap and your arms where looped around his neck. "I think that's when I realized that I didn't want to live without you."

Sam grinned, pressing feather light kisses along your collarbone. "I realized that I wanted to be with you when I was captured by the Djinn. I saw you, and you where happy. You where dancing and laughing and from then on that's all I ever wanted. I just - wanted - to make - you - happy" he said, his lips teasing your neck between each word.

"Oh, Sam." You purred as you curled your fingers into his gorgeous hair. "I adore you, just being around you makes me happy."

He smiled and leaned up to kiss you, the two of you locking lips in a perfect display of affection. The electricity that flowed  between your lips was quite literal and quite enjoyable. "God you're perfect." Sam mumbled when the two of you finally broke apart.
