Life is a Bore

I leap onto the battle field with my weapons ready for the attack. My heart raced with every step I took, I could feel the monster close by wherever it was hiding. I know I was the only one that was going to stop this beast from destroying everything in its path. The ground shook underneath me with great force, turning around was my greatest mistake I had ever made. Before I could swing my sword, it's tail wrapped around my waist and flung me right into the broken castle wall. It rammed right into me, I could smell the horrid stench from its drooling mouth, the beast looked into my eyes with its jeweled pupils.

"Wake up" did I really just hear this disgusting monster speak...a-and why would it tell me to wake up? "Wake up" my ears did not deceive me, it actually was able to speak. "Wake...UP!" before the monster was able to lock it's jaws around my whole head, I woke up in a room filled with starring kids, and a teacher. The teacher glared at me with her cold eyes "Have a nice nap Ms. Norton, I hope you did because your going to have a lot of it in detention" after she and the giggling kids turned around I stuck my tongue out at her.

After getting out of that disgusting class room, I started to feel nauseous from the headache that I was given by my teacher. 'If only people could see how worthless they really were', my thoughts continued to travel on along with my feet to my next class. Before arriving I saw a bunch of kids laughing in together while looking at me. "To 'ell wit' you" I said with a thick, foreign accent and walked into the class room.

I tried staying awake this time but failed miserably. After falling into a deep slumber I could feel something dragging me down, almost like a chain was wrapped around my leg. I wanted to know what it was but...I'm was so tried, even in my imaginary body. I can feel warm, firm hands touch every inch of my slightly pudgy figure. "What's happening to me...? Why can't I breath?" It wasn't long until I realize I was being dragged down into the bottom of the ocean.

"Oh bloody hell" I kick and scratch whatever tried to touch me, I was vulnerable to anything and anyone at that point. I couldn't stand it any longer, I tried to scream but only bubbles of air came out of my mouth. I knew it was all dream, but I just hate knowing that I lost, especially to something that I can't see.

I found the freedom in my head to look down upon the creature that was about to swallow me whole, only to find a darkness coming quickly towards me. Before I could smash into darkened ground, I woke up in the middle of a boring history lecture. "Thank god..." I whispered to myself as I wrote down the remaining notes on the board.
