Chapter 2: The Betrayal

Isabella’s POV

I am in the middle of my dream where Chan Sung will going to kiss me when suddenly I heard an annoying sound, which is actually coming from the mouth of my one and only ‘Let me introduce to you my loving best friend *with drum roll Puhhlease*, and here is MINDY!!!’

“KYAAHHHHH~~~~~” A shout actually coming from Mindy’s mouth.

“Yah!! Why are you shouting so ugly?” I told her that in to her face.

“Yah!! Because I am happy I’ll never mind that ugly-thing you said.” She shouted back at me with smile at the end of her words.

“Huh? Wait. Then, what made you happy today? Don’t tell me you had a boyfriend already.” I teased her. We are like NBSB as in NO BOYFRIEND SINCE BIRTH??!!

“That’s not it. I’ll never go here just to tell if I had one, you know that I’d rather call you.” She seems to be teased. Well, she has a very good point. Boyfriends are just a trash for her, like a major loser toy that she can play with. She never had boyfriend but she had so many FLINGS before. 

“Then what is it? Come on, don’t thrill me. Maybe it’s good news though.” Still had no idea but this time I am excited to know what will she going to say.

“We love Kpop; we followed, stalked and re-tweet their SNS. We love 2PM more than anyone, ri~~” But before she can pursed her lips to say, I already cut her and said. “Blah, blah, blah. C’mon, tell it directly.” I told her. I can’t wait anymore. “Okay, fine!! There is another new boy group and they are called GOT7!!” She shouted so careless. I felt my eardrums burst.

Just after her telling me those things I’m still confused to death. “So? What about them, then? Are they as good as 2PM? Are they handsome? Can they do aegyo? What are their skills? C’mon tell me!! As if they can beat 2PM-my loves.” I don’t if they are good as 2PM but I want to know all about them. If they are better than 2PM then FINE, I’ll turn to them but I am telling you 2PM is the BEST among all Kpop groups. They are even better than any group.

“You won’t believe this but ALL those things you’ve said is ALL correct. They are better than 2PM plus they are good in Martial Arts tricking. They can throw good moves better than 2PM. It’s their specialty.” Mindy paused for a while and continued to talk again. “They are called Got7 because they were composed of 7 members and they are multinational boy group. There are 3 foreigners and they came from Thailand, Hong Kong and America; the rest of them were from here Korea. You know their leader, JB. He belongs to JJ Project together with Jr., it was a Got7 sub-unit. Youngjae has the powerful vocal among them, Yugyeom is the maknae of the group, Bambam is the cutest and he came from Thailand, Jackson is kinda like sexy-wild person and he came from Hong Kong, and lastly Mark is the very quiet member of the group and he came from America.” She paused again and then she snapped me from my shockness. “Hey!! Are you even listening to me?” She asked me.     I nod. “The only thing they share with is that they came from the same company, JYP Entertainment.”

In that moment, I felt my world can collide any time. I am in verge of life and death. If Mindy is correct I swear I can’t forgive myself for throwing some show back there. I don’t want to betray Junho, Jun K., Wooyoung, Nickhun, Taecyeon, and Chan Sung. I’ve loved them for almost 3 years and then I’ll just throw them away because of my carelessness? Maybe Got7 is the best, they can put up some show, they are handsome but I felt 2PM are my oppas.

A long silenced filled our thoughts. We are just seated on my bed for an hour. I never thought of throwing up but I still did. I can’t just ignore 2PM for the rest of my life. Maybe I can give a shot for Got7 and I’ll learn to love them as how I love 2PM. I can love and idolize them both. Yeah!! That’s a good thing, Bella. “Mindy, I have an idea!” I told my best friend. “What is it?” She asked and I can see her eagerness to listen to my thoughts. “Maybe we can love 2PM and Got7 both? Well, it’s like multi-tasking, right? You even told me that they came from the same company. That would be good, right?” I spoke with confidence. “What? You know we can’t do that. We have no time of multi-tasking plus we are attending school. We can’t split our time for both of them. We are even cramming for our homeworks.” She has a good point again. What should we do, then? “Yeah. You’re right. I can’t afford to fail in any of my subjects or my parents will cut me off from fanning Kpop.” I told her sadly. I promised my parents to study so that they will let me go to concerts and shows of 2PM.

We ended up being failed to solve our biggest problem ever in our fanning life. We can’t split our time stalking both Got7 and 2PM. If I failed in any of my subjects my parents will cut me off from fanning. What should I do?
