Kenzies pov
It was five minutes before my fifth hour began. Im a senior and im graduating this year along with my best friend Nat.
"So whats so important about math?" Natalie asked.
"A lot, it helps to get through in life like with jobs and stuff." I told her while closing my locker.
"But cant you just skip with me just this once? It's senior year you have to do SOMETHING bad for once. Or else you will get a bad rep! please please pleaseee" she begged.
I looked at her pleading eyes trying to resist when i finally gave up.
"Fine just this once but if we get caught I will say you kidnapped me." I said.
"Deal!" she exclaimed rolling her eyes and tugged me down the hall out to the courtyard. "I'm so happy!" Natalie squealed.
I couldn’t help myself but laugh. "Is it that big of a deal?" I asked still giggling.
"Hell yeah!" she yelled. "why?" I looked at her.
"Because my little girl is growing up! Finally being a bad girl."
I laughed as we walked down the sidewalk to the park down the road of the school. As we approached i noticed Jeremy, my freshman year crush. Was sitting on the swing.
"Oh la la!" Natalie whispered to me. I nudged her and gave her the 'shut up or ill kill you' look and couldn’t help to find myself smiling.
"Hey." Jeremy said when we got closer. "Um, hey." I said nervously.
"what's good?" Natalie suddenly scoffs getting us to both look at her with confused faces.
"what's good? seriously? so pathetic!" she suddenly burst into a laughing fit leaving me and Jeremy staring at eachother still obviously confused. After she was done she fixed herself and then looked at our faces causing her to laugh again.
"what! its just who says that anymore!" she blurted slowing down her laughs because she started to choke out of short breaths. I smirked at that.
"uhh, me?" Jeremy suddenly said and I couldn't help it. I giggled Jeremy still confused. He went from confused to serious in one second then got an angry expression.
"YOU KNOW WHAT FUCK YOU! THATS HOW I ALWAYS TALKED AND IM NOT CHANGING MY WAY OF SPEECH JUST BECAUSE A LITTLE GIRL THINKS ITS DIFFERENT!"
Me and Nat suddenly froze and looked at him speechless him still obviously pissed.
"uhh, sorry.." I heard Natalie whisper and started kicking the dirt.
"Your english catagory doesnt bother me." I mummbled trying to lighten the mood. His face softened and he and I connected eyes automatically. Nobody said anything for awhile. I soon found myself lost in his gorgeous blue eyes and facial structures and his lips.. god his lips were so lush and pink I had the sudden erge to leap forward and kiss him, even though it would probably be a mess because iv never had my first kiss plus im still a virgin. yipee here I am 19 years old about to graduate high school and I still have my v-card. I was lost in my thoughts when suddenly Natalie broke them.
"Hey! are we going to sit here and googoo over eachother or are we going to have fun?" she tilts her head and crosses her arm's looking at me mostly. 'bitch' I thought. she just HAD to point out I was practically druling over him.. he just smirked and looked at her.
"what do you have planned miss peirce?"
"Umm, eww dont call me that. Makes me feel old." she scolds him and starts thinking.
"Hmm, well Kenzie here is a noob to the whole ditch school thing sooo get icecream maybe?" her face lightens and then she practically begged. I have to admit icecream sounds good.
"Sounds good to me." Jeremy suddenly replyed as if reading my mind. I just smiled and nodded in agreement. Off we went.
