Many tasks can cause students pressure. For instance, some school and some countries don't bother with homework at all, and their result do not seem suffer from it. Studies show that homework adds nothing to standardised test scores for Junior High School.
From middle school and on, it is the norm for teachers to give more than 10 pages of homework. Majority of the students feel stressed about doing homework because it takes too much time.
Therefore, most students stay up after midnight in doing homework. Now, if homework was effective, nobody would say anything. However, is not work to check if the students can actually explain the material, but is merely filling in blanksor calculing answers. Furthemore, most students don't even actualluly try hard on it, they look back to the text book, find the answers and fill it in.
Because some reason the task can be stressful. One of them because with many tasks the pupils will have little time to play, for example when we get a lot of assignments from the teacher, we will tend to solve them instead of playing.
In conclusion, homework make students confuse and has little educational worth because homework demands can limit the time available to spend on other beneficial activities.
