Barbie and the Nutcracker 2

Chapter One

Clara was putting a string of sparkly silver-blue decoration string on the Christmas tree. Along with a ginger bread man decoration on the branch. Not so far off was the nutcracker decoration and the owl decoration was a pink pegasus decoration with purple mane and tail, hooves, tiny tiara, underfeathers, and blue eyes. The pegasus looked like she was about fly off the tree and outside. Clara noticed that the gingerbread man's left leg was bitten off, Clara smirked when she knew who had ate the gingerbread man's leg off.
"Hey, Tommy where did you hide yourself?" said Clara sweetly.
"I don't know." said Tommy, his voice sounded muffled the type of voice when you talk with a bit of food in your mouth.
Tommy's voice came his usual hiding place, other than the pantry or his bedroom.
Clara nodded to the maid, who was watching with a confused expression on her face.
Clara got behind Tommy and said. "Surprise!!"
Tommy let out a cried out of surprise and turned around instantly.
"Clara!" exclaimed Tommy with wide eyes. "What did you do that for?"
"Mostly for eating the gingerbread man's leg?" said Clara with a half playful and half accusing look.
Tommy grumbled under his breath and came out from his hiding place and by the fireplace with his toy soldiers.
While Tommy played, Clara sat down on the couch and went into her thinking.
Last Christmas, she dreamed that her nutcracker came alive and started fighting off the King Mouse's army. After they went on their journey to find the Sugarplum Princess, the nutcracker, their new friends, Major Mint and Captain Sugar, got captured by bats who where somewhat allies to the Mouse King. Clara and the faeries flew to the castle and rescued the nutcracker, Major Mint, and Captain Sugar. They attacked the Mouse King, the nutcracker was injured during the fight and he sacrificed himself to save Clara. Clara confessed her love to him and kissed him, they both fell in love with each other, not to mention that Clara was the Sugarplum Princess and started dancing their ballet by the newly made waterfall, but then the tiny Mouse King and his closet bat ally had taken off her necklace that was enchanted to bring her home and had opened the heart pendant and Clara returned home. Clara only to find King Eric once again, but then he was the one who disappeared.
"Are you okay sis?" asked Tommy, snapping out of her thoughts.
"Yeah, I'm fine." said Clara with a false smile.
Tommy crawled towards Clara and put his hands on the couch.
"Since you miss your King boyfriend, I got a gift for you." said Tommy, he had a small golden box with thin silver ribbon under his hand.
Tommy gave the gift to Clara with a smile and kind eyes. Clara looked at Tommy, a question behind her eyes. Tommy looked around, looked up at her eyes, and nodded with a smile.
Clara opened the box and inside the box was a beautiful golden and silver chained necklace with a silver winged horse charm.
"Wow, it's beautiful." whispered Clara with a real smile and looked at Tommy. "I love it, thank you."
"You're welcome," said Tommy with a smile and yawned. "Time for us to get some sleep."
Tommy got up, gathered his toy soldiers, and walked towards his room.
Clara has to sleep in the living room because her room was getting painted, so her things was in the attic and Clara decided to sleep in the living room, since she doesn't like the creepy feeling of the attic.
"Night Clara." said Tommy as the maid turned off the lamps.
"Night Tommy." said Clara with a yawn and put the necklace around her neck.
Clara got a blanket on her back and a pillow under her head right before she fell asleep. Clara didn't take any notice that a small, mouse magic hole appeared by the fireplace.
