La La La (The Floating Song) ~ MGK

~

"WE'RE GONNA PARTYYY!" Hazel and I shouted, as we got dressed and ready for the big celebration we'd been waiting alll week to go to. It's Friday.

I had on white converse, cut-off shorts, and the shirt Hazel and I bought ourselves last weekend. 'Red White & Wasted'. She wore the same thing, the only difference was the color of our shorts. We looked pretty, & great. We were gonna flaunt some shit tonight.

But not for a couple hours. We had a couple things to do first.

"We're still doing our infinity wings?" Hazel asked.

I nodded, "Yeah, we're gonna be late, come on."

We grabbed our wallets & phones and got in my car, heading to the shop. We sat down in the chairs to get tatted on our backs.

"So you guys went through with the design." Patrick said as he put the stencil on my back.

I nodded, "Yeah, we've been picking out what we'd both wanted and we decided on the sign with the three birds flying." He nodded and I turned my head to the side where Hazel was getting hers done by Gina.

Mine was on my right upper shoulder back and hers was the same, on the left shoulder part.

About a half hour later, I felt the last prick of the needle and "You're done."

I sat up, getting off the chair. Patrick and Gina took us to the mirror and hid us from it. "You ready?"

"Yeah, dude," Hazel said. He moved the sheet and we smiled.

"That looks great, thank you so much," I hugged Paul. He smiled, "No problem. I'm glad you like it."

I gave him the $80, and Hazel gave Gina her $80. We took a picture of them together in the mirror before we left, then headed to Sam's house.

Hazel and Sam has broken up, and Luke and Hazel kept flirting and talking. We were waiting to go out together as a group of four to the carnival again when they got back. We had like a week left.

"Hey my hoes," Sam said, laughing. "I'm just kidding with you. You guys stoked for the party tonight?"

I nodded, "Duh! How can't we? We're in the suburban country in a really nice, big, perfect party house drinking and partying with friends and strangers to become!"

"Oh plus Hazel's gonna be stoked. There's some hash this year," Sam smirked.

"Sam," I sighed. "She stopped smoking pot a while ago, you know that."

"No hurt in just hitting a bong once," she shrugged.

"Hurry up," Hazel said, impatient and wanting to get there. We didn't know how long it was going to take, only Sam did. We had a bunch of people to get, too.

Sam grabbed his phone and put it in his pocket and we walked out the door, getting in his truck and going to the house, stopping to pick up numerous people.

*****

We got to the house in about an hour and a half, there was already two cars there. Everyone piled out of his truck and inside, checking the place out. It. Was. Huge.

We were going to have so much fun.. Shit, the last party I had alot of fun.

The party wasn't suppose to start for another hour, but we already started getting the booze and snacks ready. I ate some chips and drank a soda to start off the night, I wouldn't start drinking until the fireworks went off.
