Is this what we call love

One day

Lets just say this all started with one of my exs. He wasn't the nicest but he protected me and kepped me safe he also let me meet this amazing girl. She was a true friend, I'm not saying I didn't have friends I just never really had a good friend. No one knew what really was about us but we clicked instantly and at that moment I knew me and her would be something.

I remember it clearly that was the day I was gonna meet Ethan at the rainbow swimming pool but what I didn't know is that his best friends gf would be there. She walked in and ran to him my focus went straight to them the blue tile walls went to a blur and the floor looked like it could shake.

I turned away jealous because I knew my boyfriend would never do that he made me hid everything from everyone like he was embarrassed to have, but on another hand I felt very alone this was when me and him were fresh still something new I was new everything was new. I got a break from everything nothing was the same I wasn't that same innocent girl from before I was a new girl who wanted to experience but not so soon.

After awhile I had to go and fix things with my so called best friend at the time tbh I wish I left it.

Later in the day, I found the girl on Facebook her name Georgia she was pretty and in love with this guy but she wasn't all touchy like me and him were so I never really knew she had bright green eyes like a cat and she was my hight but I was short for my age and she had pretty blue hair. The more I talked to her the more I realized what we had in common.

I'll skip a bit to the future cuz there's nothin really more I'll say school was out and I was single but still had that stupid boy around but I was happy it was summer. School was out the was hot days ad the sun made my skin glow. Kids would play and Georgia and her fb were done for witch I wasn't surprised after awhile he turned sour and so did my guy. His name was a bit sour too it was Ethan. I was kinda heart broken what if I had to spend my summer alone at this time I was affraid of being alone.

It was July 4 and Ethan dragged me down to the local pond out of how many people were there it seemed like the whole city was there everywhere was packed except for a pathway that was 20 feet away from the river. All you could see was grass at the top of a hill and as your eyes slipped down all you say was the color of everyone's t-shirts.

There was intoxicated people everywhere some tried starting fights as we pushed through the crowds it wasn't that fun until we found everybody we all say in a kind of circle. There was about 6 of us to start we sat be the stage and after about ten minutes Ethan and his best friend left.

I remember meeting him he was the boy with the long brown shaggy hair, the baggy pants, the skateboard that kepped him from siting on the grass. He had bright blue eyes. Everyone called him water I didn't know why. He didn't say much at first we just kinda returned glares he turned to me and he said "hey what's your name?" I looked at him for a couple seconds and I was like "I'm Dakota."

He turned back and said "oh mine is water and that's all you get to know." and before he could say anything else Ethan came back and glares at him and barked "and I'm her wonderful boyfriend and I don't like sharing." so water got up and walked away saying something along the line of I gotta find my bitch of a girlfriend then in a slit second he was out of sight.
