Jason Voorhese the hockey mask killer arises from his grave to punish the children that come to camp crystal lake. 6 friends all go to the lake for a good time but little did they know they might never leave.
1984, Summer, June, Friday the 13th Camp crystal lake
It was summer again and like all summers it was hot and where better to go than camp crystal lake. A group of counselors frequently all met up and went to the camp, Brandon,Chad,Luchappa,Kenny, Jenny, Tiffany and Deborah. This summer they all planned to visit the lake.
The lake Camp was relaxing and luxurious, it offered all the qualities of a relaxing resort, the lodge cabin had 5 bedrooms with a kitchen and lounge. Out front there was a small fishing dock which the counselors frequently used to go skinny dipping. The camp had many smaller lodges for guests and other visitors along with the other lodges for food and drink as well as tools to repair generators that powered the lights in case they were broken.
Jason Voorhese the hockey mask killer was said to be just a hoax or a legend that old crazy folk would tell you, but I assure you Jason is real, and if you still have dreams about him you're probably not alone. Jason was responsible for the slaughter of 21 counselors in the summer of 82 and since his alleged death the name isn't as feared as it used to be.
It was June and Brandon had decided to round everyone up to go on a weekend trip to camp crystal lake, everyone was hooked on going and started to pack right away, as usual Kenny and Brandon would pack a few crates of beer and Kenny would frequently meet with his dealer Adam to get his marijuana, once everyone had packed up and had everything they needed they all set off in Kenny's pickup truck.
On their way they had to stop for gas and a few Gerry cans for spare or in case a generator ran out of juice. Kenny and Brandon headed into the store while Tiffany, Jenny, Deborah and Luchappa stayed in the truck. Brandon and Kenny bought all they needed, gas, food and some beers for the trip. Brandon and Kenny both got back in the truck and started to drive towards the camp which was another 4 miles or so ahead.
After driving for about 20 minutes Kenny noticed in the distance that a deer had been killed and left on the trail just leading up to the lake, Kenny and Brandon got out of the truck and headed over to see what happened.
An old man in his 70s it looked came from out of the bushes screaming!
"He's gonna get ya, Jason's coming kids, beware" as he cackled in manic laughter.
"Get out of here you creep" Kenny said.
The man stumbled back into the woods and the two got back in the truck and headed up a stretch to the camp.
When they arrived they all got out and unpacked. Luchappa was a quiet guy but was always good company and you could count on him too fix a generator. He didn't really drink and wouldn't ever touch a drug in his life unless prescribed by a doctor. He was the last to get out of the truck but when he did he headed to the room at the far side of the lodge, because he wanted his privacy and didn't talk much unless spoken to. Tiffany and Deborah headed up to the top floor of the lodge along with Jenny. Tifanny was confident and considered herself the ringleader of the three. Jenny was her side chick and always went where she went. Deborah was the quieter of the three and just wanted to fit in.
They all decided to have a room of their own so Brandon and Kenny bunked together in the last room. After unpacking they all went outside to enjoy the sun and headed to the small fishing dock to dive into the refreshing lake water.
Luchappa wasn't the bestest of swimmers and sat and watched by the side reading a book, the girls all went in and splashed water at each other. Kenny and Brandon were both sparking up joints in the generator room.
"Hey don't forget to fill the generator when you're done I'm heading in with the girls" said Kenny who was mildly high at this point.
"I will quit your worrying" Brandon replied.
Brandon had smoked a little to much and left the small generator lodge without filling it up.
Kenny didn't remind him or ask, he had just assumed he had handled it.
Nightfall was coming and the counselors all headed inside and dried off by the fireplace. Luchappa had stayed out by the dock to read his book some more and told the others he wouldn't be long.
Tiffany and the girls were all in the top bedroom undressing into their PJs when Kenny bursted in scaring them all wearing and old werewolf mask.
"Get out of here Kenny were changing for Christ sake" Tiffany said
"Yeah get out you perve" said the others
"Sorry I'm sorry I didn't know you were changing"
"Just get out!" Tiffany demanded
Kenny left the room and Deborah had left also she had changed a little quicker than the others. Kenny went over to here and asked if she was alright she looked upset or worried. Kenny went over and asked.
"Are you alright Deb"
She said yeah she was okay but told Kenny that she was shook up from earlier with that deer and the man. Kenny told her that there was nothing to be afraid of and that she should get some rest to take her mind off of it.
Everyone was settling in to the lodge apart from Luchappa who was still by the dock reading. Everything seemed peacefully and quiet and the counselors had no idea that things were about to change...
Jason was coming.
