Eda's POV
I can't say I'm not surprised, seeing Serpentinus and Nithos standing on the metals of the colosseum. It seems like Serpentinus was stronger than I designed her to be, which is a good thing I hope.

Phantom let out a cry of excitement at the sight of her reptilian friend. The two saw us and let out a squawk. They took flight, their mighty wings beat the air, letting out thunderous booms with every beat.

They flew to our side. No exchange of words happened between us throughout the journey to a safe location where we can safely discuss tactics. Just awkward silence.

Flying was the easy part, finding a safe spot was the problem. Most of the places in this world had been taken over by Giant scouting parties.

Well, no choice but to go up a mountain then.

Thank the Gods that the place is warm, so there will be no problem about snow at the peaks.

We landed with a few heavy wing beats from the dragons. Nithos said that he was going to scout around for possible hostilities so it's me, Phantom and Serpentinus left.

The duo changed into humans in an instant, Phantom still wearing the same and still holding the cane. Serpentinus wore golden garments, armour and double layers of skirts. Her belt was decorated with four pieces of scales running down the middle. Her hair tied into a dragon braid, her ears are pointed and an earring at the right side. Yellow iris, reptilian features and she has four canines on her upper jaw.

Her lips curled into a smile, exposing her four canines that made even her friendliest smile into a threatening one. She said to Phantom, "How did you know where I am? Did uhh...?

"My name's Eda, the world's creator."

Phantom jerked her thumb at my direction and shrugged, "Yeah, her. She saw the entire ordeal and quite surprisingly, I didn't see her in the cell at that time."

Serpentinus's face lighted up with realisation, "You are the one who came to me with a burning hand!"

Phantom looked lost, "Uh... What?"

Hoo boy, I've got some explaining to do.

"Sooo... you are the Creator of us but not a God yet you have fire abilities like a God?" Serpentinus concluded, "And you are on a Godlike mission but you are not God..."

Oh lord, I had explained two times now. Thankfully, Phantom interrupted, "It's complicated, Serpentinus. Let her continue."

"Yeah, I think that's about it. I think what we're supposed to do is to kill the king of the giants."

Serpentinus stared at me wide-eyed, "Why?"

Phantom sputtered, "'Why?' You witnessed first hand what he did to anyone who is not a Giant, let's just end his reign!"

"But what will we do with the rest of the Giants?"

I said, "Well, it seems like I have no choice but to move the entire civilisation to a new world, start a new story, hopefully a world which will prove a match for their brutality."

"But then why do we need to kill anyone when we can just remove them to another world?" Serpentinus, the ever peace-loving dragon-humanoid said.

Did I hear that we need to kill the king?

We turned to see that Nithos had returned and landed with a thump on the ground. His eyes widened at the sight of three humans instead of four and kept turning his head to look at each of us to check if he was not mistaken.
