Chapter 14

The two weeks passed slowly. I still had a limp when I went back but it wasn't that bad nothing much happened in the two weeks. One monster attacked but other than that it was boring. It was kinda nice to be like a normal kid for once. I tried to avoid Percy as much as possible during that time.
Finally I got back to training and things were starting to get back to normal. Aside from the fact that my stepmom is missing and an imposter is posing as her and she shot me and my mom is a goddess...Everything was normal.
Wally and barry along with everyone else had left. We had one more thing with Cadmus to find my stepmom. That turned out to be very easy. We went back to where I was shot and we found three people one of them was June. before I knew it it was time to go to camp.
Percy and I had our thinks packed and ready to go.
"No crazy quests this summer right?" I asked
"I hope not I've had enough of those in my life" Percy said
Percy and I climbed in the car. Soon we were on our way to camp.

Something was off we knew right as we stepped onto the hill. I looked around. Thalia's tree. The needles were falling.
I sprinted to it and knelt next to it.
"Do you'd see anything?" Percy asked
"I think it was poisoned" I said "but who would do that"
"I don't know but we should go see Chiron see why we have patrols out." Percy said
I noticed what he was talking about at least three campers were coming towards us.
"Annabeth, Percy" Travis stoll called "thank the gods your here"
"What's going on travis?" Percy asked
"The tree is dying and the boarder is down." He said
"Go tell Chiron were coming to see him." Percy said
"About that" Conner started "we'll let him tell you"
They ran off down the hill.
I felt a breeze behind me and I turned. A boy was there brushing fire off his suit.
"I always end up here" he muttered he looked up and saw Percy and I "Oh hey guys"
"Wally?" Percy asked "why are you here?"
"Um I don't know to be honest" he said "I was racing barry then boom I'm back here on fire" he said "why is are there people with swords here?"
"Get out of your suit and put this on" I said handing him my hat. He was gone for three seconds and then he was back wearing a tee shirt and jeans. "Follow Percy. Take him to your cabin"
"Sounds like a plan wise girl" Percy grinned
"I'll talk to Chiron and then we'll figure out what we'll do with him."
"This is awesome" Wally's voice said in my ear
"Yeah" I said "it is. I'll meet you in your cabin"
I sprinted down the hill towards the big house.
