- Chapter 1 -
A long long time ago, in a faraway land, where fairies roamed and dragons soared, a wolf was on an evening stroll enjoying the nice weather.
"Why hello Mr. Wolf! I was wondering if you could help me and my brothers out on building our new homes?" the eldest piggy cried out politely from a nearby hilltop.
"Why of course, where do I start?"
The piggy told him everything they would need and they started on the first house made of straw.
"Pardon my asking, but are you sure it's a good idea to build your house out of straw?" the wolf asked the youngest piggy.
"Oh yes, of course," the piggy said nodding it's chinny chin chin. "That way I'll never have to worry about the baby giant's temper tantrums. Instead of hard rock falling down, it will be straw. This is the safest house in all of the land."
"I guess that makes sense," the wolf said and got back to work. Pretty soon it was all finished and they started on the house made of twigs.
"I'm very sorry for asking but are you sure you want to build your house out of twigs? It seems quite dangerous," the wolf asked the middle piggy.
"Yes, I'm very sure," the middle piggy nodded his head vigorously, "this way I can know that if it's ever a cold night I'll have some twigs to light and keep me warm."
"I guess so," the wolf said uneasily and finished the rest of the house.
The wolf walked over to the eldest piggy once he was done. "What material shall I go collect now?" he asked curiously.
"Oh I actually have a pile of bricks over there ready to be used," the eldest piggy said gratefully and the wolf and the piggy's set off to work once again.
It was early in the morning when they finally finished. They were all exhausted.
"Thank you so much for helping my brothers and I build our homes. You are so kind. Would you like to stay for breakfast?" the eldest piggy asked the Wolf.
"Oh I'm okay, thanks for asking though. It was a pleasure to work with you guys although I better get home to my family," the wolf said starting to leave.
"Okay, bye!" the eldest piggy said waving.
"Bye!" the other piggy's said.
Although right when the wolf began leaving a crash could be heard behind him. The wolf spun around to see all three houses had collapsed on his porcine friends.
"No! Piggy's! Who could have done this!" the wolf cried out in sorrow.
A dragon roar echoed throughout the rolling hills.
"Oh good, help is on the way!" the wolf said in earnest and ran towards the noise.
A dragon broke the clouds and landed near the rubble of the house made out of twigs. "Who did this," the dragon boomed.
"I-I don't know sir, all of a sudden they just came falling down," the wolf said walking over to the dragon.
"He was the one who did this, he was!" a little girl in a red cloak said emerging from behind the straw house's rubble with her finger outstretched towards the wolf.
The dragon turned towards the accusing girl. "Are you sure about this little girl?" the dragon said softly.
"Yes, yes I am. I was walking home when it happened. I heard a loud, scary voice say; 'then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house down!' And, and," the young girl burst out crying.
