Deborah stood there for the long 10 minutes that it took for the police to get there. When the sirens and lights were visible Deborah ran out to the chief and told him everything that had happened.

"Hey, now you go and sit in the back of the car well go and investigate"

Officers swarmed out around the lake house finding all the bodies of Jason's victims.
The chief and his deputy walked into the barn where Deborah had told them where the body of the killer was.

"Was it really Jason sir, is he really back" said the deputy.

"He is..." He replied.

The chief took Deborah to the station for more questioning.

Deborah was shook up and she sat in the chiefs office with the thought of her friends all dead and the masked killer burned into her head and knowing her dreams would be filled with him standing there with a bloody machete.

"Miss, where going to take you somewhere. Somewhere safe, where you'll learn to rejoin society again. It's a place we take some of the kids who come in here who have been affected by horrible crimes and killings, you'll be fine there and your parents think it's for the best."

"What! where is it, how far will I be away from here?" She replied

"Pinehurst, its an institution for kids just like you"

"Okay, when do we leave?"

"you're going to spend the night here and your parents are going to bring your clothes and possessions for you to go in the morning."

Deborah went to sleep that night in the guest room at the station. She couldn't get that mask out of here head.

she knew things would change.
When morning came Deborah got in the police van and the chief took her to here new home where she would stay and learn to rejoin society.
Pinehurst was now her new home...
