These are some simple ways you can make a better atmosphere for yourself which will also definitely help mentally.
-get up and open a window if you can. It'll give you some new air which will make your body happy. 🍊🦀
-pick up or organize 10 things around your room. When you're really down the last thing you care about it how your room looks but this simple task will not only help you get up and move around (which is proven to release endorphins) but make you feel cleaner as well.🌧💦
-if you can get up and change your underwear and pajamas. If it's too hot in your room put on some new pajama shorts or if it's too cold out on some fuzzy pajama pants. If you can it'll also feel amazing to take a shower as well. Doing this will make you feel more human and comfortable.🍓🌺
-if it's day time open your curtains (or blinds). Sunlight has been clinically proven to improve health, moods and emotional distress. Your body will thank you 🌵☘️
-if it's nighttime what I find helps is to open a window and either turn on fairy lights or light a few candles. This will make your room feel so much more comfortable and cozy. 🌼🌙
-what I find always happens is my bedsheets will get all tangled and messed up which makes me feel uncomfortable and crowded. If you can get up and remake your bed ( with a couple stuffed animals on there too) 🍑🌾
