Picture above is Annabella

Annabella's point of view

My father, William, sent me away when I reached the age of fifteen. He provided money for me so that I could live on my own. He never visits me, never calls. I enrolled in online classes, because my father told me that I couldn't go into public schools. I don't know much about him, only that he's a business man and he's always away on trips to other places. Sometimes, I wonder what it would be like if my mother didn't die. I know nothing about her. Only that she died when I was born. What kind of person was she? Was she as flawless as I dream her to be? Was she funny? Was she super smart, or was she average? Did she like pizza? Did she-

I get pulled out of my thoughts when Thomas, the owner of the small cafe I work at, called for me. I looked out of the kitchen to see an older couple waiting for a waitress. I put on a bright smile and walked to them.

"Welcome to Sweet Haven, what can I get you?" I asked them.

They smiled at me before the woman answered. "Can I have two medium coffees with no cream on one and cream on the other?" I nodded and wrote down their order before and going to the kitchen.

I continued with my bright smile for all of the customers throughout the day. A male customer looked at me strangely, but that happens sometimes when I mess up, so I thought nothing of it. When my shift ended, I grabbed my backpack and walked home.

Unknown Point of view

When I got done with my work, I had become in the mood for coffee and a small bit to eat. One of my secretaries had said that there was a good cafe in town, so I thought I would check it out.

When I went into the cafe I was surprised by how busy it was. There was only one waitress on duty, and though I would expect her to be overwhelmed with orders, when she submerged from the kitchen, she had a bright smile on her face as she walked towards an older couple.

She looked truly innocent. She had natural red hair that made her skin look pale, and blue eyes that held so much innocence. Everything she did seemed flawless. As she talked to the couple, her lips looked so soft, so perfect.

I sat down at a table and looked at the menu, trying to forget about the girl. What was wrong with me? I scanned through all of the choices, finding a coffee and a pastry to order. When she came to take my order, I put it in, staring at her for a few extra seconds. Her name tag said 'Annabella'.

I couldn't suffer through not knowing this girl. I had to find out who she was.

——

When I got home, I got out my laptop and started doing some research on Annabella. First I searched her first name, but nothing came up. So I went a bit deeper and called one of my friends to find out all the workers at the cafe.

After around a half an hour, I got a response.

Manager: Thomas H. Delaware
Waitresses/Waiters: Kyle J. Nelson, Nicholas P. Michel, Annabella M. Elmore
Cooks: Heather F. Douglas, Jeramy K. Landon

I typed in Annabella M. Elmore into my laptop and got a few results. One was someone much too old, and the other few didn't look like her at all. Finally as I scrolled down, I found her. It was a link to her account on FaceBook. The account hadn't been active for more than a year, but I was sure it was her.

I searched deeper about her. Finally I found what I was looking for. Information about her. It was mostly her backstory, but for some reason it only said the stuff that had happened from now, back to when she was fifteen. Nothing about her parents, siblings, or any other family.

I printed what I had and shut off my laptop. I lied awake for awhile, thinking about her. After I fell asleep, I dreamt of her, in a beautiful dress, twirling in my arms. When she looked up at me, her lips were moving and suddenly I was kissing her, the way her lips felt on mine feeling so real, though sadly, I knew it wasn't.

Just a dream.
