One day my family and I were on a trip to the beach and the sky way fairly clear that day with a few scattered fluffy, white clouds. I was daydreaming and looking out of the open window as my mom drove the car on the highway.
I have always believed in aliens and ufo's but I never thought that I would actually see one until that day. I had my headphones in and I was staring up into the sky with my head against the inside of the car. As a bridge blocked my view for a couple seconds I continued to look out and as soon as I could see the clouds again, I noticed a small black diamond shaped object way past the clouds and up in the sky. I sat up and stared for a few minutes debating to myself whether or not that was a jet or some other man made aircraft, but the shape looked nothing like any aircraft I've seen before.
My mom then drove through a tunnel for at least 10 seconds and when I looked back up I saw that the object had gone. I continued to search all over the part of the sky that I could see from the position I was sitting in but couldn't find it.
Five minutes passed and more clouds were starting to gather in the sky and as I was just about to give up looking for it, when it appeared from behind a large fluffy,white cloud. I was amazed that it was still there. I watched it when I then realized that it was slowly moving down towards the Earth. I watched the black diamond-shaped object pass the clouds but it was still quite far away. It then suddenly stopped moving and sat there completely still. I watched wondering what was going to happen and still somewhat skeptical about the whole situation when it then continued to move downwards for 1 minute and suddenly shot up into the sky with so much force.
I was in awe and in shock that I had just witnessed what I thought was a UFO. The flying object was there just a second ago and it had vanished back into space right before my eyes. I almost couldn't believe it but I knew that it had to have been aliens or something from another planet because airplanes/jets don't shoot up into the sky in half a second. It had so much fires and power that a burst of air shot from the back of it as it launched back into space. It was nothing like I had seen before...it was honestly incredible.
When I excitedly told my mom that I just saw a UFO in the sky and how it zoomed away in an instant, the response I got was, " Oh really?...that's cool!" I was frustrated that everyone in the car that I told didn't believe me but to this day I know that what I saw must've been real. I was so surprised that it happened in the middle of the day as well and I will always remember the day I believe I witnessed an alien spacecraft in the sky.
