Ben was in his office doing some very important paper work and he hated the fact that Mal was out right now with out him. Mal had gone out with Evie, Jane, and Lonnie. They had decided the go the a bar. Ben didn't like the idea of her going to a place like that but he couldn't stop her and he knew this.

Mal was having a lot of fun with the girls they were partying and hanging out which they really needed with the finals coming up they needed to let lose and not worry about them for a little bit even tho they were all so smart and could easily pass them. Jane being the youngest in the group decided that she would be the driver so that mentioned that she wouldn't be drinking as much as the others Mal and Evie went for it. When ever they were given a drink it was gone like that. They both were highly intoxicated.

Ben had finished his last piece a paper work and he took a look at the time it was 1:00 am. "How long have they been out?" Ben asked himself. I quickly picked up his phone and tried to call Mal but she didn't pick up so then he tried Evie no call, Lonnie, surely she has to pick up, nope Lonnie didn't pick up either. Ok then we'll I'll try Jane. And sure enough she picked up.
"Hey Jane"
"Hi Ben"
"I was just wondering when you and the girls were planning on coming back?" Ben asked her.
"Here's the thing I have Lonnie passed out on a couch Evie's falling over every time she tries to get up and..."
"Jane?" Ben asked.
"What about Mal"
"Ben here's the thing I maybe kinda lost Mal" Jane said in a very low shy voice
"You what!" Ben yelled down at the phone.
No she can't be gone I need her where is she? why would she leave? Did someone take her? What do something happened? Ben was now filled with concern.
"Jane I'm.sorry for yelling I'll look for Mal call someone to help you with Lonnie and Evie."
"Ok." Was all Jane was able to get out before Ben ended to call.

Mal was so out of it she had no idea who was who. All she knew was that some guy came up to her and asked her to dance and she did. But now she had no idea where she was. She was in some kind of allyway. She was tired so she sat down and let her head fall.back against the wall and fell asleep.

Ben got in his car and drive to the bar that the girls went to. When he got there he saw Jay and Doug getting Evie and Lonnie in the car. Jay saw that Ben had pulled in.
"Jay where is she have you seen her?" Ben asked Jay.
"No Ben but I'm not leaving until we find her." Jay told him.
Carlos had also come after he heard that Mal was no where to be found. So Ben, Jay, and Carlos left to find Mal while Doug and Jane got Evie and Lonnie home.
Carlos came up with the idea that they split up and if they see something they call. So with that plan in action Ben and Jay went two different way and left Carlos to continue on the path that they were going.
After around 30 minutes of looking Ben had a idea. He was going to see if they had videos of the night and since he was king they couldn't deny him. Ben walked back to the bar and walked in. He didn't waste any time getting to the security room. Once Ben had explained what was going on they let him look at the videos. Ben was looking over them and he saw a video of a man walking up to Mal. Ben truned to volume up so he could here what they were saying.
"Hey you look really good how bout you and me go for a drink sometime?" The man asked her.
"Oh I'm sorry I can't." Mal replied
"Why?" he asked.
" I have someone already." Mal said happily.
When Mal said that Ben was happy that she was with him.
"Really you do? Well I don't know about your someone but I would never let a pretty lady like you go to a place like this with out me. A lot of bad things can happen." He told her.
"It's fine he's really busy but he always makes time for me thank but I really should be getting back to my friends." Mal told him has she was starting to get annoyed by him.
"Ok well how bout one dance. Surely one dance can't hurt right?" He asked.
Mal huffed in defent.
"Fine but one dance." She told him.
Ben was mad that someone would make a move on Mal and that Mal would let them but he soon put the thought in the back of his mind. Mal wasn't thinking right. He had drunk a lot.
Ben watched a few more untill he came to one that showed that Mal left the bar. She then went down a allyway. Well now Ben knew where she was.
Ben got his stuff and left the building and went down the allyway that Mal went to down and sure enough there she was passed out. Ben picked her up and carried her back to his car.
"Jay hey I found her."
"Really? Where was she"
"In some kind of allyway"
"Ok as long has she if fine."
Ben was driving back to his house when Mal woke up.
"Where am I?" Mal asked.
"In my car." Ben told her.
"Ben is that you." She asked him.
"Yes Mally it's me." Ben told her.
"Go back to sleep we can talk in the morning."
"Ok." Mal said.
Mal soon passed out again and Ben had to carry her up to his room. Ben laid her down on the bed and then he got in the bed himself. Ben also made a mental note to never let Mal go out with out him again.
