CHAPTER 1
I froze, looking at vampire, with my stake in hand. He had dirty blonde hair with his blazing green eyes, I couldnt help but stare. What was I saying!? I hunt Vampires, ever since they killed my family. I saw the Vampire frown.
"Are you really going to kill me?" He said, looking striaght into my eyes, I froze and nodded slightly. Before I knew it, he had me pinned against a large oak, his teeth grazing my neck.
"I really wouldnt do that, love. Because I could suck your blood inless then a minute so I wouldnt try that" He said as he bent down, and kissed my neck, I trembled under his touch. I accidently dropped the stake, he smirked and pulled away from me.
"Good choice sweetheart" He turned away to leave, I grabed a knife from my boot and stabed him right between the shoulder blades, he yelped in pain as I walked infront of him.
"No one calls me sweetheart" I growled, he tried reaching the knife but he couldnt, I stabed his leg with another knife. He yelped in pain again and looked at me
"Ohh the great Vampire hunter speaks, whats your name sweetheart?" He said, I stabed his other leg and glared at him.
"What did I say about calling me sweetheart!" I hissed, I took both of the knife out of his legs and waited for the cuts to heal, then I stabed him in the places again. He yelped and glared at me.
"I'll stop calling you sweetheart, when I find out your name!" He hissed at me, I rolled my eyes and looked at him, I stabed his arms then walked to his back and took the knife out of between his shoulder blades. I took a knife out of one of his arms, that was my mistake. He took the knifes out of his arm and legs before I could even turn to run, he was ontop of me in a second, glaring at me.
"Now what is your name, sweetheart" He said, smirking as he was stroking my cheek. I was breathing hard at how close his body was to mine.
"E-Ella .. " I stuttered, he looed at me with widened eyes. He got off of me and looked at me with sadness in his eyes.
"Oh my .. Ella? As in Ella Reed?" I nodded, and stood up, looking at him with narrowed eyes.
"I'm Ducan .. Ducan Baker .. " I knew that name, I closed my eyes and tried to remember everything I knew about the last name Baker. Ahh, they were an ancient family of Vampires that could have children, there was a special person who was made to fall in love with King Baker's son(The Bakers were one of the royal families, only the royal familes of the Vampires could have children) This person would be a human, but the King didnt want his son to fall in love with a human. The prophicey says that the human was to be born in a small village deep in the heart of the jungle in Hawaii, so he sent his army to track down the child and kill her. I opened my eyes wide with fear, looking at him. It was said that the child wasnt found, that she must of exscaped. Thats when it hit me, I lived in a small village in Hawaii before the Vampire wiped out my enitre village, my parents sent me into an underground tunnel where it led me to a large town. I remembered the rest of the prophecy, it says that the child would exscape and on her 18th birthday she would meet the pricnce in an unexpected way, that when ever they touched it would feel like a fire was burning between them.
"It cant be .. " I whispered, he nodded and I shook my head.
"It is Ella .. we're meant for each other"
